Actual appliances are great if you can find them on site, *BUT* if they promise you they’ll get something for you &tell you just “come back tomorrow” I’d advise against it because you’ll be coming back that day, the next, and then the next as well just to be told they still don’t have what you’re looking for. I wasted Wednesday and Thursday morning, plus all day Friday until 6pm waiting around for a stove they swore was going “to come in tomorrow” for 4 days in a row - it never came. I wanted to support this business because I had my last fridge purchased here, but I’ll be buying a new stove elsewhere unfortunately.

I purchased a used refrigerator and by the next morning, it was no longer cooling. I called Apple Annie's and they had a service technician out to troubleshoot the problem with 30 minutes. The technician found the problem and made the necessary repair at no charge. Two weeks later, the refrigerator stopped cooling again. I called again and the next day the service technician returned with the part required to correct the problem at no charge. Best after-sale service around. Highly recommend.

Horrible service and merchandise do not work. I purchased a washer two weeks ago and it did not work. Called the next day to let them know. They gave me the run around and won’t give me back my money. The older gentleman that works there is rude. Every time you call there and try to speak with the owner he is never there and the older man who answers the phone is always short with you, never know anything and always hang up on you when your talking. I will never suggest this place to anyone. Take your money somewhere else because this place is a joke.

I bought several appliances from both Tony and Ricky , they had a lot to choice from they were very helpful, respectful and accomadating to my needs prices were reasonable , there were on time with they're deliveries and George was great repairing my refridge. I will recommend Apple Annie's to everyone they are awesome thank you guys much appreciated !!!

Sold a fridge to my teenager, wouldn't refund. Wth is he doing selling to teenagers. Not trustworthy at all.

This place is awful rude employees. Paid for a new “new” washer and dryer. Well we will just say it was NOT not new. Had nothing but trouble!! Will never go back or recommend it anyone!!

Got a cedar chest, good price. Scratch n dent fridge brand new $200. They have new stoves, under cabinet microwaves other scratch n dent. Other items too many to list. Tony is a good guy.

I am pretty upset the past few days. When we moved in, we got a fridge that was freezing everything, not just in the freezer but also in the fridge, all my vegetables, cold cuts, cheeses, milk, eggs, everything was frozen, the second fridge they exchanged is leaking freon and is making all my food smell and taste like freon, at first I tried to wash it with vinegar and put like 6 boxes of baking soda in it, but nothing was helping, and when I open the fridge door, the chemical smell is making us both nauseous and dizzy. They came on friday and said they would bring us another refrigerator on Monday, Monday came around and nothing. We were both sick all night from the freon fumes. It is getting worse, Walter went to the store they got our fridge from Apple Annies on RT92. I don't even trust they have any good appliances any more, but we can't be without a refrigerator especially in FL. So, When Walter went to the store before they closed on Monday evening, they said they were waiting for a call from the office. I called the office and left a message that we are getting sick and please call the store, so they give us a different fridge, Tuesday evening is here, and we are still with the freon leaking fridge. All the food in that refrigerator is toxic and I can't buy any new food, because it's just going to get contaminated. I just feel like getting in the car and getting the hell out of here. The stove they gave us is crappy too, the burners are only half lit when putting them on, but I never complained about that, because I can still cook, from that same store. I would never shop there. Not with my experience with their junky stuff. So upset. I am very sensitive to chemical smells. I don't want to live here and be sicker than I already am every day, over something that should be resolved asap. If we don't get a new fridge by tomorrow (wednesday) night, I am writing a review for their business on every site. I believe in giving people chances to fix an error, but they are not taking this seriously and I want to warn people of the faulty stuff they sell, so no one else has to go through this, like us, do NOT shop at Apple Annie's if you want working appliances.
