I’m appalled at the service. Do not go here! Told me to make sure I come before 5. I drove an hour, was there on time showing at at 4:45. They said they stopped seeing patients at 4:30. My dog was sick and needed care. They didn’t care. Shame on you!

This is the absolute best veterinary clinic around. The doctors are incredible, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Especially Dr Putnam ❤️ They explain everything clearly and give you options for your fur babies. And the best thing? Every single person their clearly loves their job and all of the patients (:

October 2024, a couple of days before hurricaine Milton hit town. My cat Milly decided it was perfect timing to get a cold. Where an indoor only cat with no visitors get a cold is a wonder. Anyway, the Animal Doctors team was wonderful, considering how busy they were. I drove all the way from Sun City Center, as always to have my cats taken care of. Yes, I brought her brother Max to get looked at as well. He was fine - go figure. Thank you for always taking great care of my babies. Thank you, Sonja

Very disappointed!! My son got there this morning with Layla who has a horrible infection in her face. He made it clear he had to leave and take his girlfriend to a doctor appointment that was scheduled a while back and would be hard to reschedule. He finally had to leave. They wouldn’t even let him leave Layla there and attend to her while he ran his girlfriend to her appointment. I even called and asked if they would help us and they just keep saying she is next. They do not care at all!!! And of course she was next they had been waiting an hour!!!

Recently our dog, Rocko got injured. Dr. Putnam was caring as usual along with her vet tech. Front desk ladies were so nice as usual. Wouldn’t take my pets anywhere else!

Incredible team who truly cares about taking care of your baby. Throughout exams, above-and-beyond service, reasonable prices for a walk-in clinic and wait times usually aren’t too bad. Cannot state how appreciative I am for this clinic!
