I came in today, and the lady that was working told me to wait a minute, two separate ladies came after me, she worked with them and helped them with what they wanted, every time I asked her to help me she kept saying wait a minute with an attitude, she was very races and very rude with her work with me today, I ended up leaving the place, it’s not about the gender it’s about my skin color and because I am a Muslim.

So the amscot on 56th Street in temple Terrace couldn't do western union so i decided to go to the one on busch blvd & 50 st. Same outcome, this time they had 2 people working & neither could send western union...terrible...very disappointing twice i. 1 day

My wife and I go here because its the only one in the are open early in the morning. Since the pandemic we've had to rely on Western Union's from friends and family. Amscot sees this as a problem for some reason. They want to know why we are getting money and what we are spending the money on. Which to me sounds like harassment. They have to call another manger via telephone and ask if we can have our own money??? What kind of ridiculous business practice is that. Well I got it all on video this time. This is an ongoing problem with this particular Amscot. Maybe its a racial issue because I am Hispanic? I don't know. What I do know is that it is WRONG. Its our money. We did not steal this money. It none of their business what we do with our money. This is America. A Republic for the People not for the Corporations.
