Nice people, quick service, but too many homeless out front, asking for money.. very ? sad

I had to wait quite awhile for the one person ahead of me. Probably 15 minutes. There was a lead woman that could have gotten me out of there sooner, but she ignored me and did not help her fellow employee.I did not appreciate that at all.
