I only ever stop in one or two times a month.
When I stop in, it's always a few minutes after they open. It is true that only one person is manning the facility, but I was treated with respect. The guy who helped me doesn't look very friendly, but I didn't spend more than a minute in there to have much conversation either. Typically its just to get a money order or make change. I do like that this store opens at 7am, unlike some of the other locations. This is also the only location near south Tampa besides the one on Kennedy that opens later, which I am sure is inconvenient to many. Can we get an Amscot on the southside of Dale Mabry?

Had to wait for the only person who is a notary to have his break. Meanwhile I am standing because there are no seats to accommodate people. A very long line grew because only one person working.Very poor service.

Ernesto is the most unrespectful and discriminatory amscot worker. He is just jealous of others latins like him helping their families from here. Asking uncomfortable questions about why I wanted to send the money to my girlfriend....she almost sleep in the streets that night in Panama because of him...I hope you Ernesto read this and regret your evilness about this last monday...

I waited a long time to send a fax and it had already been accepted since 5 and they gave it to me 30 minutes later saying that it had already been accepted and on the paper it says that it was accepted since 5 and the boy was not even aware of it.
