Had trouble with some investment bank running me around ragged trying to cash a check. Deliris at the front counter was so helpful and polite, I got my check cashed in no time at all. She was a warm smile and a quick count on a day when I really needed it. 10/10 experience, I'll definitely visit again soon

I always go there to make money orders or to pay the bills. Ms. Rifath the lady with white shirt was very kind and helpful during my last visit! I drive from all the way himes to just get the good service at this location! Thanks Rifath & Amscot! Keep up the good work!

I have been a client for a very long time. I have been to many different locations and I get great service and I see other people getting the same. I have seen my fair share of rude people coming in and I see them delt with professionally to them. Over all your company has always been there for me, your employees are very good and I want to say thank you Amscot, thank you very much!

"I have been a Mascot customer for 1 year, and honestly, I had never encountered any issues. They were always friendly until the day I visited this business and encountered Jarwin. He made me feel like a liar, which I am not, and put numerous obstacles in my way to get a salary advance. They already had my data and payment history, so I didn't understand the excessive distrust. It took so much time explaining that I work for DoorDash that I got frustrated and left the place."

rude disrespectful ignoring customers in lobby. unnecessary delays in service such as conversing with each other and long phone calls. I never got served and the customer before was made late for work. more employees than customers in the store
