A woman named Susan at the one on fletcher and 15th was awesome! She could have turned us away but she didn’t she did what she could to help us in every way she could! I just want to say that is what we are missing in the work force is compassion

This is the best location for me in the area they have the same tellers that you are familiar with and I make blunders some times but they are very patient and helpful to me and diversity is awesome at this location Spanish speaking tellers whom also translation is English I left 1 location I used for 6 years to come here and I have not been back to the other location ever since my first visit here going on 1 year I am very happy with the customer service and management is awesome as well 5 stars all around from me!

If I could give a 0 in stars I would. The cashier Shareth was extremely combative and confrontational in tone. You never know the reason someone is coming into a place like this and the least an individual in the role that she has could do was show kindness. I have never had such a negative experience at Amscot and I'll be sure to never return to this location again.

I had the worst service to be able to cash the check. The boy named Charles helped me and he forgot about me for 28 minutes. There are not many people to be able to make any excuse for the worst service I had.

I love amscot on 15th and Fletcher. Ms Shea was a really big help. I didn't know that I can load money on my card with a loan and she suggested it and I took it thank you so much Ms Shea you're a wonderful worker and you do a tremendous job thank you for helping me out.
