From start to finish the entire process was pain-free and seamless as a home remodel can be. Shawn was extremely attentive to our needs and communicated well throughout the process of the project. The install crew at American Countertop did an amazing job removing our old countertops and with the re-installation of our new quartz countertops and we could not be happier.

We shopped around for pricing from multiple vendors and ultimately went with American as they were knowable and extremely friendly and made a very complex kitchen re-model project seamless by working with our cabinet company. They explained the entire process from start to finish and even helped with our final choices with the island design due to the larger island layout. Highly recommended them in any kitchen remodel situation.

Don't use this company, their countertop cracked in 2 separate places and the representative asked if anyone has been standing on it! Really!! They are not going to stand behind their products.

Office is ran by white men but the warehouse is completely hispanic to pay them less and not give benefits. The water fountain isn't cold. The bathroom is disgusting. The sink doesn't have hot water. The soap is watered down . Parking is horrible. The warehouse has broken windows and holes in the roof. Spiders, rats, lizards and frogs all over. Electrical outlets and cords are soaked in water which is a shock hazard. Warehouse feels like hell meanwhile the office is cold and they have a sign telling you to " stay out ". This job is modern day slave labor. I bet you none of them office people would put their precious son or daughter in the clay trenches, mud and humidity.

Greed and unfairness are deeply rooted amongst management and that will only reflect in the service and quality you get.

Spoke with the warranty department once and have not been able to get an update since. I have called a few times and been told someone will call me back but noone ever does. Can someone give me an update and let me know what is going on?

The worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced - our builder sent us to American Countertop Inc. to pick out countertops for both our kitchen and bathroom area. We should’ve been weary when we called numerous times to set up an appointment and no one would give us a call back - I finally was able to get ahold of the owner and we accomplished to set up an appointment. The day of our appointment the receptionist was rude, the owner treated us as if we weren’t valuable enough for his time... We left with a couple of samples and very disappointed on the way we were treated - we also felt as if we were being kicked out the door. We came back to discuss one minor change and waited in the lobby for over 20 minutes without anyone asking us if we needed assistance - we decided to walk out and will not do any business with this company.
