Great job. I got a full set of volume lashes. The staff is quick, professional and detailed oriented. They listen well and come up with solutions to give you the look you want. The Carrollwood manager goes above and beyond to help with scheduling and check im and check out. The studio is extremely clean and welcoming.
Requested style: Kensie does a great job. She works quickly. The results are stunning. The lashes last. I have been a client for 7+ years. I highly recommend Amazing Lash Carrollwood and Kensie.

Rae is awesome!❤️ She explained everything so well and made sure I understood the process every step of the way! She did an amazing job on my lashes!! I love that your business and team provides excellent and integral customer service! The salon is beautiful, inviting snd comfortable. McKenzie was a great help with explaining how the membership works. She is awesome as well! I signed up for the membership today!

I went to get my eyelashes done professionally for the first time ever. The process was so relaxing and the staff were really friendly. Rae was my stylist and she took her time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.

The ladies at the desk are always friendly and helpful. The team is flexible with booking appointments and rescheduling with notice. I always see Kensie for volume lashes. I've never left disappointed with the price or the service. I love this brand in general; but Amazing Lash Studio Carrollwood is a great location. It's clean and up with the trend of what's current. The staff is relatable to talk to or quiet if you need to relax and take a nap during service. They even offer you a fuzzy blanket. C'mon...that's hospitality. I name drop Amazing Lash Studio Carrollwood every time someone says my lashes look great.

My stylist was Cynthia at the Carrollwood location and she was amazing! So incredibly gentle, sweet, and professional. She was very patient and helped me figure out what style I was looking for since this was my first time getting lashes. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend Amazing Lash Studio!

I wish I could have had a better initial consult to decide on lashes. Mine look very long and strange at the outer corners. My bangs on the side actually touch and slightly weigh them down, making my eyes look strange and mismatching. I believe the person that put them on was extremely new. Took nearly three hours of being still on a very uncomfortable chair. I hate these lashes. I can't believe how disappointed I am. I have thought of doing this for years, what a waste it turned out to be.

Rae is awesome! Not only is her work impeccable, she's personable and friendly. Her techniques are precise and she takes the time to evaluate each client's eyelash needs. My experiences here at this studio have always been enjoyable and pleasant. The receptionists greet me with a smile and make me feel very welcome when I arrive. I definitely recommend this studio for your eyelash services. You won't be disappointed!

I was so excited having my first lash session ever. Even ready to commit to the membership. My stylist was so nice and I had an enjoyable service. But here’s the problem. When I walked into the location to book my appointment I repeatedly let the guest service ladies know that I DO NOT want long bold lashes. I told them I wanted short natural lashes with a slight flare to the end. They assured me I would be happy walking out. When I arrived to my appointment my therapist started the session but then said she forgot to go over styles with me. I sat back up and got to look at only three options. I pointed at the “natural” look and said, I really do not want bold lengthy lashes. I want short natural lashes. I let her know my concerns with not wanting bold long lashes and my concerns with an allergic reaction. The stylist agree so I trusted her and let her do her thing. After the service I was walked up to the reception desk and got to look at myself in the mirror. I was in shock. I was so disappointed that I couldn’t even say anything. I don’t like confrontation and I was worried the stylist would get mad. The reception was ready to start my membership like I told her I would but then I declined after how sad I was with the look of the lashes. Not even 30 mins after the service was over I had large chunks of lashes falling downwards to my lower lashes.. an hour after my service when I was home watching TV I felt something fall and tickle me around my under eye. I looked in the mirror and I had a large chunk of lashes that had fallen out. I did not touch nor wet them. Not only are the lashes way too long for my eyes but they are spaced out so when I am looking up you can see gaps. I’m so sad. Because these lashes were for my trip out of the country and now I’m contemplating taking them off before my trip and wearing false lashes. I’m really sad. Not only did I waste my money, but I’m sad for not being listened to and respected on what I wanted. I would like to be contacted please.UPDATE: I was contacted by a manager that was super kind. She set me up with a master stylist. Appointment went amazingly! I am so happy with the end result! I will continue to go to this master stylist from now on! Thank you for having me come back and make better memories!!
