I am so pleased to say that the Allstate Agency by Gary Lefebvre has been there right at the moment needed. No putting you off to work out any problems you may have with your policy. They take care of you right at the moment you need them. This is so important, such as when my spouse passed away and policy changes needed to be made. You can definitely depend upon them for their expertise to helping you.

The people in the office lied about canceling my renters insurance (twice) and I kept getting bills and renewals on an apartment I no longer lived in after having called them to cancel and had confirmed ‘this will be canceled’. Zero stars is more appropriate.

I had car and rental insurance through this office. I moved and canceled the renter's insurance through their office. It was not canceled. To make it worse when I was notified about renewal by phone, i was told to call my office to cancel it. Not two minutes after this call, I got a call from the office directly stating they had "taken care of it" and that "my policy was canceled" only to then still get another bill. They stole my money and lied to me. Zero stars would be more appropriate.

Unbelievably intense price increase after being with them for years and “nothing we can do about it.” Gary was rude when I called about the refund they owed me. Dropped them immediately and went to Geico.
