Great customer service and prices! I called to get a quote for a vehicle and ended up subscribing both vehicles right away! I pay now insurance for both cars less than what I paid for one before (for the same coverage, yes!). That’s how amazing they are. Thanks Cherri for taking the time to explain different coverages.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding customer service at Allstar Insurance. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. Mrs. Sherri went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that my needs were met and that I left satisfied.
I was fortunate to cross paths with Mrs. Sherri today, my situation was tedious and not only was she patient she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions and provided me with valuable information that helped me make informed decisions.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Allstar Insurance. And I highly recommend Mrs. Sherri to anyone in need of excellent customer service. Thank you for going above and beyond to make my experience a great one!

Great coverage for a great price! Got my quote online, called to make sure it was correct with everythjng that I wanted/needed for my renters insurance. Ms. Jessica was very patient, kind and very informative. I probably asked this poor woman a 100 questions! Very personable! Thank you!!!

BEWARE !!!!!!!!! terrible place - rude customer service team, pushy manager. it is impossible to talk to anyone here! they are beyond unprofessional! will hang up on you for not having good english, deny your calls, and give you the run around when trying to get info about your policy! the only way to get any kind of help is to go to their parent company! on top of that, when you leave a bad review, the manager will CALL you MULTIPLE TIMES HARASSING YOU to delete reviews! then when you REFUSE to delete your review they KEEP CALLING YOU AND HARASSING YOU - they are a BUNCH OF LIARS. PLEASE for the love of life TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCUMBAGS!! i can’t believe anyone has ever had any good experiences with them after this. strongly considering going to the BBB after this! BEWARE!

Horrible customer service lady answered extremely rude and wouldn't give me the information to my clients policy while the client was otp. I asked how would you not tell me the info to my clients policy if I had him on the line he said I'm going to hang up and hung up while I was talking. Tried calling back 3 times and was set on hold

I’ve been with All Star Insurance for over 8 years now and it’s been the best decision I’ve made!! They’ve always provided me with excellent customer service. Sherry takes her time to research and find me the most affordable auto coverage within my budget and her follow up with me has always been so timely. I love All Star Insurance!!
