They get 2 stars for how courteous the staff was to contact me and let me know they didn't have any cars. However, if you can't rely on a company to have accurate systems in place to ensure you have a car you reserved why would you want to do business with them. Employee gets a 5 star, but company gets a 1 star.

We rented here because it was close to the cruise port. Bad idea. It was slammed busy with two people working on a Saturday. We waited in line for nearly 1.5 hours to pick up our rental. The guy behind us said last time he waited 3 hours. Next time we will Uber to a location further out for a quicker pickup + return.

Excellent service. Picked up car at airport the night before our cruise and dropped off here the next day for a free shuttle to cruise port. So kind and easy. Alamo is the best!!!

Reservations don’t mean anything. Flew in from out of town and planned on having a rental and we arrived and were told there were 40 people ahead of us all who were promised cars but don’t have any. Stop taking reservations if you don’t have cars so people can make other plans. Outrageous.

I went to this location after an terrible experience at another rental agency. Kiara at the desk was kind, friendly, and helpful. Even though I made a reservation minutes before, she assured me that a car would be ready for me within the hour (which turned out to be true!)Returning the car to the airport was easy. A guy named Julio checked me in and wished me well on my flight. He was so nice!

Rented a car, it wasn't washed or vacuumed, it was only half full, even though the paperwork said it should be completely full, we were told to return it half full, we did, and drop it off went well.

Enterprise and Alamo are the same poor service. I reserved the SUV 3 months ago. I didn't get an SUV but the choice of a Mini and a Mini Van. The best was yet to come. We then had to wait 1 hour. Wait until the car was cleaned. We got a good price when booking and that's how we were treated. No more Enterprise and Alamo!!! It is and remains customer unfriendly

Very unprofessional and rude employees at this location. Reserved a vehicle online and made sure to be aware of the policies listed on the website for THIS location. Arrived with everything I needed based on what the website and my confirmation email said I needed and they tell me that all of it is wrong.... They were extremely rude and unprofessional. Went down the road and rented with a different company quickly, without hassle, and for less money. The employees at this location really need to familiarize themselvss with company policy.

They didn't have the car I originally order but provided a decent replacement. The process was quick and easy. I would use them again.

We are not satisfied with Alamo ( Tampa downtown location ). We booked a mini van so that it can seat 7 passengers comfortably but we got a intermediate sized suv.. which is obviously cramping.. and it has some foul smell in the car due to which family got sick, oil change due message keeps coming up which really a safety concern, right side passenger door wouldn't open from inside even if its unlocked.. and staff was not courteous at all and was very rude(agent keeps saying it is not garuntee that we get a car that we booked even though if we have reservation, and keeps asking us to leave his office as if he is owner of all the cars and office) which is very bad on any company.If I had to give negative stars I would definitely give them.
