Driver was a little behind but made up for it in personality, skill and overall a great guy. It was not an easy grab, low ceiling parking garage and rear wheel drive transmission wouldn't engage, but we figured it out. It was a low ceiling garage so not easy. Blowout in My Tesla Model 3
I had a great experience with the tow service for my Tesla Model 3 after a blowout. The timeframe provided was accurate, and there were no issues at all.
Ángel González handled the situation professionally, taking photos before and after the tow. He was thorough and efficient, ensuring everything was done right. The tow truck was very clean, and I appreciated the ride inside. I highly recommend this service. Thank you!

37” tires with 5” lift. Ford sent us someone who showed up to jump box my car that had a flat!!! Which we have text he was told flat. MOST IMPORTANT a little jack and no tire wrench to take my tire off. I told them to leave called Ford and OMG JOVANY saved the day. Took my tire off the back. Then used tow truck to lift the back end, tires swap out and I’m back on the road in under 30 minutes! Serious though the first guy was creepy and being a woman you know. Jovany gave me great customer service answered my questions! I was Safe and sound back to rolling high in the sky in traffic again! Definitely highly recommended and lady approved
