I paid for a crochet protective style, the owner’s daughter started the braid pattern, the owner took over and allowed her daughter to finish. Less than a week the braids began to loosen. I was upset she offered to fix it. I live over an hour away, I explained. A crochet style should definitely last at least 6-8 weeks depending on how one maintains their style However; less than a week is unsatisfactory service. It’s a shame to loose clientele for greed of money. I definitely don’t recommend anyone spending their time and money there! Sadly, I tipped them 20%.

We had an excellent experience! We were a little late, Mamaah was understanding and still very sweet to us. My daughter got small box braids by Cee and she is extremely happy. Ignore the negative reviews on this page!!! Mamaah is a wonderful lady and she aims to please all of her clients. I wish I could give her 10 stars! We are customers for life. Thank you Mamaah!!!

Positive vibes and energy at the shop. She was very professional, friendly, quick, and my head was not sore once she was finished. The style I asked for is what I got. While driving to my appt. It was 50 mins away with traffic and I said I probably wouldn’t be back due to the drive. But after the service I received I will definitely be back!!! Thank you!!

Please go else where don’t waste your time & money! The owner is really rude & very unprofessional. Her shop is located in the ghetto and her shop is also dirty & nasty just like her attitude. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!

Took my 2 daughters and asked the price before them sitting in the chair. Went back and they charged an additional $39 each for hair. I had hair but no one told me there was additional charge for hair before starting. Then their hair is already frizzy because they didn't tuck the hair when braiding. I previously had been coming here for years and this makes me never want to return. I gave 2 stars because she was accommodating with the same day appointment
