Everything started off great here as I was referred by a family member, Dr. Michael Austin is a great doctor, im sure, but on the medical cannabis side of things he is hard to work with. Unwilling to increase allotments any more after the first increase, which shouldn't be an issue to my knowledge. He is however, quick to respond on message, knowledgable, and will not charge you egregiously.
Update!!!! He has now cancelled my prescriptions after I told him I wasn’t going to be going to him anymore! Anybody doing business with this dude should just stay away from his medical cannabis prescriptions

Dr. Austin is very knowledgeable. He takes time with his patients and prescribes medical based on their needs and health. I recommend him to family, associates, and friends.

Just met Dr Austin for first time today. Very pleased with tele health meeting. Agree with sentiment of others here that he listens, understands and cares. Highly recommended.

The woman from the front reception, Donn was very rude seemed like she wanted to get off the phone as soon as possible and offered me no assistance in renewing my card. Made me feel ignorant for going on Florida health before I ended up on Mmuregistry.com

Dr Austin is awesome, a genuine caring doctor. He listens and hears. He is always encouraging and helpful. He seeks to get to source of any problems you have, to help correct and does so thru natural medicine not a ton of prescription meds. Thank you! His staff are wonderful too!
