Advantage Unlimited Investigations is by far the most professional group I’ve used. I have had multiple occasions to use them over the past few years. Called the number provided, guy that answered sounded like he was having the worst day of his life or just completely over answering the phone and dealing with his job. That alone gave me no trust in ever thinking the time and effort I intended to pay for would ever actually be addressed properly. Tone, consideration and interest when speaking to new clientele is everything for any company hoping to progress in this world and I felt like nothing other than a complete inconvenience when attempting to reach out to this company. We worked with Mike and his team on a short notice surveillance engagement. His flexibility and understanding of what we needed and ability to get the level of resources for the situation was perfect.
