I had a dead battery, had roadside assistance coverage. The entire experience was hassle free and friendly. From the calll confirming details, and the technician that came out, didn't get his name, but he was fantastic and quickly swapped out my battery.

Justin came out, on a call that I use my Geico roadside assistance, and all I can say is he did above and beyond. If I ever have Towing needs in the future I'll for sure look into these dudes

World’s worst driver. Never seen someone tailgate so unsafely and cut everyone off. I get you’re in a hurry but what’s the point if you’re going to end someone’s life on the way there? Moron.

I was calling to get a tow and didn’t go through with the service- the man I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude with comments like “heelllooo are you paying attention” and “pay attention I’m really busy” even when I was giving him my full attention, and giving him the address of my car location and requested destination. Very rude. Will not recommend or use.

Used my GEICO App~GREAT timely response for a dead battery. LAZ ~ was professional, courteous, had a little rubic cube fitting getting battery cover off & back on (inside floor mount battery) I was planning on doing a deep clean and said I’d put back on “I took it off, I’ll put back on!” And he did. EXCELLENT SERVICE ~ Thank you ACTION TOWING OF TAMPA I’m back on the road. Thank you too, LAZ.

The gentleman who came to replace my tire last night is retiring soon he tells me. But he was terrific. He was kind, friendly, funny and did the job swiftly. Action Towing will miss him.
