Craftsmanship and quality is spot on. Came delivered within the allotted time frame. Super happy with this purchase. The fact that you are able to get sizes to your specs is a plus. Makes the studio look and sound dope and everyone compliments on it when first seeing it. Great company. Would highly recommend.

I am an ammeter doing a soundproof project for my home office. I called and consulted an Acoustimac rep and he provided a good suggestion. Then I order a box of soundproof boards, but those did not fit my need. I called the customer service and they helped me with the return process. Despite the slow moving FedEx Ground taking two weeks to ship my products back ( and it has nothing to do with Acoustimac ), they replaced my order and I finally got the products that fit my need!BTW, both my original and replacement orders came on time in the proper containers.Acoustimac worked diligently despite mine was just a small order. I plan to order more soundproof products from them in the near future. Thank you Acoustimac!

I've worked with Acoustimac a number of times using both DIY kits and finished panels. They have always been very patient and helpful with my many questions, and the products are solid and consistently good quality. I'm not sure why people complain about the shipping. They are not the shipping company, and they are putting together each pallet to order. It isn't cheap to drive bulky things across the country, and it isn't GrubHub. Plan a little ahead for your sound treatment needs and you'll have a great experience! Thanks Acoustimac team!

Received terrible customer service from James and the sales team here. I told them on two different occasions to upgrade my shipping. But they forgot both times. I ended up having to pay $300 extra dollars in overnight shipping due to their mistake. To make matters worse, they pretended like they could care less. I’ve used the for all of my client’s projects but this is certainly the last time.

First of all, product looks great and was a decent price. It was ambiguous at the time of purchase how long it would take to arrive, it wasn't clearly conveyed that there would be processing time plus shipping time - that's an area for improvement. They did respond quickly to my request for more information on what the hold up was though.

Scam on delivery. They list delivery of between 2-5 business days for standard orders. I placed a standard order. It's been 13 business days and so I contacted them. They told me to expect delivery in an ADDITIONAL 14 business days! Apparently they haven't even begun work on my order! I specifically chose them because their time of delivery was superior to a competitor. If I had used the competitor I'd have my panels. Don't fall for their lies. If they can easily lie about this, I don't trust any of their marketing baloney. Oh....if you're on their website and click on "Reviews" to read or leave a review, you can't. How convenient.Update after getting response: On your order confirmation it said "Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days from payment to shipment". It also says "Custom and stock Printed art products may take 3-4 weeks to complete". Mine was a small order and not custom or Printed art. And, if you knew there was a problem when I ordered, why not disclose that. I called to get the status of my order 17 days after I ordered and paid, and was told that the order had not started fabrication yet and to expect my order in the next two weeks. Even with that date, delivery would exceed your custom order time frames. With the delays, did you ever inform people that the dates promised would not be met or post something on your site?? I didn't think so. So I stick by my original statement and rating..

I've been buying various panels from Acoustimac for several years now. I started in 2017, and had my entire home covered in them (because of a concrete floor and lots of echo).Unfortunately I moved and had to get rid of the panels - but now that I am settled into the new home, I've gone right back to buying from Acoustimac - all of their products are incredible, I'm very impressed and will continue to keep buying as I fill my new home with them.The panels look great, very decorative and classy, all the while providing incredible acoustic performance. I love these things!

Top-quality acoustic panels and customer service! I was looking for quality acoustic panels for my YouTube studio (not the cheap eggshell mattress stuff) and found Acoustimac. I know video and audio but know nothing about acoustic panels. I sent Rico a photo of my studio space and he provided professional recommendations. I ordered one panel initially and have already ordered several additional panels. I'll be sure to post a photo, after I've completed the installation. I HIGHLY recommend the upgraded "Z-bars" for a few dollars more per panel. They make mounting effortless and were easy to make level. With just one 4x2x2 acoustic panel my studio's acoustics are insanely better. I can't wait to hear how excellent it sounds, after I install the additional panels. Shipping was very fast too! I chose DMD fabric. It's high-quality and the color is vibrant. I opted for beveled edges and that makes an already great looking panel look even better in my opinion!

Had an issue with an order and reached out to them to figure out how best to proceed. After sharing some photos, Eric was extremely responsive and blew me away with addressing my issue within a couple days. I wasn't expecting a fast response since I am practical and understand businesses have a lot going on each day, but they blew me away with their customer service. I've placed a couple orders with them already and plan more in the future. Thank you guys!

We purchased 8 panels for our conference room to help with echoing. Not only did the panels add a fun look to our conference room, they are functional, too! To top it off, Acoustimac customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD good! I highly suggest Acoustimac! High Five!

I'm super impressed. I originally wanted upload my own design of a 3' x 6' image. The shipping was a bit too high for me, so I decided to split into 2 panels. I did not want a space in between the panels, and prayed that they would line up perfectly so I could butt them against each other. I received the panels today and OMG they are fantastic!!!

While I'm sure their product is good. Their delivery method is trash. I live no more than 30 minutes from them. Placed a pretty large order and I requested to pickup my order since they are so close and cause their $189 delivery charge was extremely over priced. They insisted I couldn't do that cause they had "too many trucks entering their location". So instead I have to wait an extra 5 days while my package is sent to Orlando only to be driven back which of course FedEx is now turning into a pain to deal with due to the fact they are trying to deliver a pallet to a residential apartment. Which of course I tried to explain to the sale rep to no avail. Figured I'd give a local business my money and didn't really get anything special out of it. Would be been better off ordering from a company in a different state. Would of been the same thing. Your CEO needs to understand better customer relationships.

Eric and Acoustimac Rock!!! I ordered two Custom Sound Proofing panels utilizing SoundLock Technology. The Fedex delivery arrived super fast.The two panels fit like a glove. I now have another recording room in a spare bedroom. As a professional TV/Film and Voice Actor I've tried many companies and too many panels. Very decent price for well constructed acoustic panels. Shipped quick, went up easily (with the Z bars - highly recommended). The suggested minimum number of panels was OK in my situation as I already had a good collection of bass traps. But I would lean to the "best" implementation for a previously non-treated room. BTW, they look really nice and I'll be back for more.
