My bf and I always drive by this jewelry store and decided to stop and take a look. Walked out with a gorgeous diamond necklace for my bday/ Mother’s Day gift! Cale helped us and she was WONDERFUL. She comes off very genuine and pleasant, very helpful and attentive. I have never walked into a jewelry store that felt this comfortable. We will be back! Hopefully for a wedding ring this time ?

Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help me with my ring when I lost the main diamond on vacation! They had the idea to reinforce it with more prongs to hold the diamond in place and I couldn’t be happier with the result!!! Absolutely love this location and will never buy jewelry anywhere else!! Thank you so much!!

I went into this jewelry store with my service dog to get my watch band adjusted and the gentlemen were so nice! The service was amazing and fast :) This location is a must and I will be returning! Being in a wheelchair is hard in general, but this jewelry store was above exceptional!! They went beyond to make sure I was taken care of and my watch fits perfectly :)

Brought in my engagement ring that is CZ but has unspeakable value to me and my fiancé, unsure if they could even fix it safely and the repair ended up being better than I could have ever expected. The stone is set so much more securely and I am so so thankful they did it for us in less than a week. We will be customers for life and hopefully will one day have the money to upgrade my ring with Ackerman as well. Thank you all so much ❤️

I want to let everyone know in my area that if you were looking for any type of jewelry service, whether it be repair or buying new, Ackerman jewelers should be your choice. The quality is fabulous and their sales people are fantastic. I just had the most wonderful experience buying a new wedding set ...mine was worn, and the Diamonds were falling out so rather than have it repaired again, we decided to buy new. My sales associate, Linda, was fantastic. She asked me a few questions and then led me right to the set that I fell in love with. I looked at several more as my husband did not want me to pick the first one I looked at, but I went right back to that first one Linda recommended. It's almost like she was reading my personality. Kaila was fantastic as well at getting my appraisal done on my diamond that we reset in the new wedding bands. Both girls were the epitome of customer service and how it should be today. Thank you ladies for the most wonderful experience that literally brought me to 'happy' tears.
