Love love love this location especially Dragan and all the staff are very nice they work with you. You just have to reach out to them and let them know your situation deliver on time great merchandise and I’ve used them for so many years. Great job guys.

Petty. Defile my door when you could have left this note on my doorknob. This is how lizard and his crew treats ppl who miss payments. Even in an economy where wages are getting increasingly low in comparison to the cost of living. When you communicate that you won’t be paying till later in the month and you work from home and ask to please stop banging on my door daily and nightly. This is the petty result.

LATEST UPDATE - NOVEMBER 1ST, 2022Dragon and his team at Aaron's are the absolute best. I will never rent from anyone else except this store. They treated me very wellI am very pleased with the service I received. They promised to deliver me a king size bed and mattress and they definitely delivered! Terry the sales Manager was very confident and professional, and the General Manager Alexander was AWESOME. He made sure that I was the first delivery on their route. I am happy that I chose Aaron's furniture and will definitely rent from them again

I absolutely love the employees at this store!! I have had friends who have dealt with other stores and I’ve heard the reps on the phone and it was horrible!! But there is ONE PERSON AT THE UNIVERSITY STORE THAT I WILL ONLY DEAL WITH!! Dragon he knows his stuff he doesn’t push to much he is understanding personable friendly funny and just all around an amazing person!! I refer everyone I know to this store and tell them to only deal with Dragon!! I know long after my items are paid off I will continue to only deal with him!! He needs a raise and more time off!! He doesn’t need a promotion because he needs to stay at the University store!!

So I recently had Covid and call and told them I don't get paid until a certain time and unable to pay don't get me wrong I have no problem with paying but Rick ask me can I get money from family members and I told him no it's just me on my own I move to lutz 2 years ago no family no nothing and he giggles as if he doesn't believe me and ask me again like I was lying to him this will be the last product I will ever get from Aaron's they need more professional workers who don't laugh at people struggles or actually love what they are doing . And he was getting very slick but thankfully someone gifted me a 65 inch after hearing his tone and demeanor on the phone with me RICK if you on your period just say so . Please come pick up y'all tv .

Listen I have been working with Aaron's for a while and these people are the best that you can ask for. Dragon he is a beast but a beast only you can love. Ricardo awesome he will work with you as Long as you try. He will make it work. Raphael he is awesome as well. Look there is never a problem they can't help you with trust in them I have and they have showed up and showed out. Thank all of you at the university center you are the best.

My Name is Towanda Jones .I brought a Samsung Washer and Dryer set.I paid it out 8 15/2021 with in a 120 days .I have no kids, It has been out of service for almost 7 weeks. I called the store numerous times for someone to tell me that they have me on the books for it to be repaired. Every time someone says they made a appointment and I call to verify it the appointment hasn't been made. The Manager of the store him self has forgotten to send off for my repairs.But if I missed payments they would be calling and knocking on my door ??...Trying to contact corporate office.

I WENT TO Aaron's today and spoke to a representative by the name of rein, HE WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT KIND AND HELPFUL TO OUR NEEDS. BUT ANYWAY HE TOOK CARE OF US IN A MATTER OF MINUTES, SEE I NEEDED A LIVING ROOM SET SO YESTERDAY I DECIDED TO VISIT A PLACE CALLED AMERICAN FREIGHT AND THEY WERE VERY IGNORANT AND TOOK 45 MINUTES TO SPEAK TO A PERSON/ MGR WERE NO ONE WANTED TO HELP ME THEY ALSO HAVE FALSE ADVERTISING ALL OVER STORE I OVER HEARD THE MGR IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS STATING THEY WERE GOING TO SEE EVERYTHING IN BOXES VERY SOON I WONDER WHY !!!!! NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT BEFORE IN A RETAIL STORE WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR MAIN PRIORITY.
