A friend of mine steered me to AAA for a homeowners insurance quote. The name of the agent I was recommended to is Leonard Goldman. I have had nothing but trouble trying to get him to quote me for homeowners insurance. Ignores my emails and phone calls. It is almost impossible to get him to reply to emails or telephone calls. FINALLY, when I WAS able to get a reply, he simply said, “I have searched for a financially stable insurance company (AM Best A Rated), but because of the age of the home and the age of the roof, I cannot find a market. Sorry”. That is it. Didn’t even attempt to run me with Citizens. Steer clear of this agent. He is not helpful in the least.

Friday, September 22nd:Really disappointed that the workers at this branch closed and locked everything up 5 minutes before closing. We called and asked why the doors were locked and a gentleman picked up the phone and said “Yeah sorry… we locked everything up… can’t help you” knowing that him and his colleagues closed early. And there was a lady at the front desk that saw us approach the door at 5:25pm and she ran to the back room. They turned away our business.This is poor behavior and poor work ethics. I hope they know that this won’t lead them down a good career path if they continue to perform business in this manner. Truly disappointed and we will be contacting the corporate office as well.

Too bad you can’t call ahead, they are not doing passport photos or photos for international drivers permits. FYI if that’s what you need, no way to know other than driving there

The passport machine and printer are still not working. I had to pay $18 at Walgreens. Very disappointed.

AAA apparently doesn’t service company vehicles anymore. Not even sure why anyone needs to pay for this garbage considering both automakers and insurance companies offer roadside assistance for less money on personal vehicles. I will recommend ANYONE other than AAA from now on.

I just rejoined AAA after an absence. Today i needed a tow. The order was cancelled and no one bothered to tell me so i sat there waiting. Finally i call back and get told its a cancelled order, no opportunity to fix my mistake thats caused it to cancel. Just left hanging. Great service i must say because when i asked to speak to a manager i was left on hold, and no one ever came. I will be cancelling this and NOT coming back. I cant even get a human on the phone their automated call directory Suxs and doesnt help at all. But i can get road side assistance at this number, oh wait apparently you cant get road side services

12/29/2022. It was suggested I call to go over pricing for Home & Auto. A Mr. Sidney Brown answered my call. I provided my current Insurance cost and coverage and was promised a call back in a week , never happen. Left a message, and never got a call back. AAA could have at least called and advised if they could or could not beat price. Terrible first impression.

I cannot trust this office anymore. Last year I paid my membership fee in person using my credit card. The sales associate (young woman) said to me I could set up an auto payment for my convenience. I declined the offer saying I prefer to pay it in person and it's not inconvenient for me at all. But apparently the auto payment was set up BY HER anyway. This year, I was so surprised to see the payment of membership fee posted on my credit card statement. Please stop being lazy and try to eithical!!
