For an hour I've tried to have my new card charged for an auto renewal but because I was out of the country and couldn't call same day you can't reverse and charge a new card??? Very embarrassing for such a big company

2025 AAA members get a free ticket for the Florida State Fairgrounds!! Staff at the front desk were very accommodating to all of my inquiries today. She answered in detail every service that the office provides. Did you know they provide free notary, faxes, and copies?! Because I did not until today!

Very efficient and friendly service for getting our international drivers licenses. Even upgraded our selves to AAA car service insurance once LuAnn explained the many benefits. I’d forgotten how many services are offered… travel planning & insurance, road maps, banking — competitive CD rates, even retail gift cards! One stop shopping for so many things.

Thank you Ms. LuAnn for her help in getting international drivers permit! She let me know about the other services as a AAA member and was very kind and clear about everything. I had no need for follow up questions. She is very kind and considerate. The office is also very clean. Thank you again!

Absolutely terrible experience. I've been waiting on AAA tow truck for over 3 and a half hours on the side of the highway. My mother and I called for 'Emergency service ' they explained the first 5 miles are covered and the rest is $7 a mile. Wh n the tow truck came they said we would have to pay everything because they had a different contract with AAA. They left and we are still waiting for an actual AAA vendor to show. We purchased a membership for each family member over 15 years ago and have used them in the past but this was the worst experience ever. Don't know if they have new owners or what but the communication and efficiency within there company is nothing like it once was. We will be cancelling after today.
