I called 3X and the person said he'd get me an agent and get right back to me. He never did. I've left 2 messages, no call back yet. This has to be the worst customer service I've experienced in years. I also left a message for the manager, a Mr. Rohas I think, again no call back. I suppose my only option is to get my condo, auto, flood, and umbrella insurance from another provider instead. Luckily my AAA policy does not expire until May, so I've some time to shop around for better customer service.

Susan, at the front desk, is a freaking doll. She was so kind, warm, and efficient. Went in for an international drivers permit and was done in 20 minutes or less. She was personable and seemed to throughly enjoy helping others

I scheduled twice for a towing services and they never showed up!!! So why paying for a service that you are not going to benefit from!!!

Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the lady that helped us with our passport pictures but she was very helpful and friendly. Look forward to seeing her again on our next visit to AAA

Jan 1 2023 - received letter from AAA stating that my policy will be terminated due to the age of my roof. Jan 31, 2023 - spoke to AAA agent in regards to the inspection report that we received when we purchased the house 2 years prior, which stated the roof had 11 years more of useful life. Jan 31, 2023 - Sent AAA the 4 Point inspection we had on our home for review. They said they needed to send them documents to the underwriter. Feb 2, 2023 - I sent an email asking for a status of the underwriter's review, in which they replied stating "They have denied the request to lift the non-renewal stating: the insured must obtain a roof inspection from Inspection Depot, this is the only acceptable documentation being accepted." Feb 3, 2023 - Called Inspection Depot to schedule an appointment for an inspection, in which they stated would cost $150. They scheduled the appointment for Feb 15. Mar 7, 2023 - I called inspection depot, because I didn't hear anything from them to get the status of the report. In which they sent the report and stated that it would be sent to AAA for review. May 1, 2023 - Tried to log into my AAA account to pay and there was a message stating it was not active. I called AAA, and they said the account was terminated because the roof didn't have 3 or more years left. I asked about the auto insurance, in which they stated, since it was bundled the entire policy was terminated. I called AAA and asked if they could at least continue the auto policy and they said it had already lapsed and gave me a quote for progressive, which was double the amount that we are paying now. Currently we are without auto or home insurance.LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM!!!!

Very bad experience unprofessional he was very rude to women ?Q was only looking for an explanation why the vehicle had been left that wayThe contractor only said that he didn't have time for that, so he would return the money and go back to the other windshield for a while longer than it had been. Those were his words, throwing the car door at my wife without explaining why his work had been left. so bad speechlessIf something goes wrong with this man, he does not have professional ethics to answer for his business

This is the place to go when planning a trip overseas. The service is outstanding. Our rep went above and beyond to help us make decisions. Lots of maps and books too.

AAA cancelled my membership for no reason, my experience overall was very unprofessional. I would have to call multiple times after being provided the wrong information as to how many service calls I had , I had to talk to numerous supervisors to verify the number of service calls and to approve reimbursement/service calls, I would have to wait and request a supervisor everytime after being on the line for a long time with agents that would tell me they did not see the number of service calls I had. After being a paying member for years they decided to not renew my membership.
