    Lynn, at the customer service counter, went out of her way to send me the "WORLD " map I've been trying to get for quite some time. She remembered my request and actually contacted me about it. We need more Lynn's in this day and age. THANK YOU, LYNN!

    Always quick with any map I need. Travel info is great too. We've been assisted by Kim while making tour plans, and she's been very helpful, and accurate with her advice about details like gratuities, insurance, money exchange, phone charging, electrical usage, weather, etc.
