Hilarion did an amazing job helping me out today! I had a flat tire and needed my car towed to my house so I could fix my flat. He was very nice and communicated well! He let me know how long it would be, the price, sent me pictures when he had my car secured, then called when he arrived! He did everything right. Asked for the location, pictures of the car, put it in neutral and towed it properly.Thanks so much for the help!

Praying for you if you ever get your car towed and have to deal with these people. Absolutely horrible experience. They are incredibly rude and unhelpful, the woman on dispatch yelled at me for about 5 minutes and had a nasty attitude. They only take cash and wouldn’t let me see my car without paying (pretty sure that's against Florida law). Super sketchy and rude rude people.

On time knows how to pick up cars unlike commtowig they totally destroyed my car and took it from my property cuz the landlord didn't like it. But a&m is alot more affordable and professional

Shady business; Very concerning their tow yard sits unsupervised during the day. No one stays in their front office off Columbus instead they hang out at a different location during the day. Customer service is not something they concern themselves with. The woman who seemed to have been in charge has a real chip on her shoulder and was quite rude. Beware as they are on the police rotation and you may get stuck with them as I did.Service: Car towing
