Hello. Single mom here from out of town. Came in to find something to wear for the holiday. It was raining and the dress I found was silk. I didn’t try it on for this reason. When it didn’t fit, I came to return it the next day and was told: “we can only provide store credit”. I told them how could that be in 2022?! She said I’ve only be the manager for 2 months and that’s how I was trained. She texted the store manager who was off and explained the situation, and she gave the same answer… but added “it says it right there on the receipt”. They said I could have store credit that never expires. Tomorrow is Christmas Day and I will be going back home. So basically, this speciality boutique that is in no way hurting for money, just took $70 from me; as I don’t live here and will not be back to spend my $70 in credit that “never expires”. Classy move, a haley.

My friend and I were shopping around and I remembered this Boutique. I looked up the hours on my phone and it said that they were open until 7 pm. If you look up this store on navigation, it will say those hours, and naturally I thought that those hours were correct! When I got to the shop and walked in, the girls immediately gave us dirty looks and they said to us, "Do you have a watch?" I was appalled, especially since this was not the only comment they made. They continued to indirectly talk about the store hours, as I then learned that they close at 6 through the nasty comments they were making directly toward my friend and I. I walked out of the store absolutely disgusted. Those three girls should feel ashamed of themselves for making a customer feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable. I completely understand that it is frustrating for people to come in slightly before closing, but please keep it to yourselves and do not let the customers hear if you are not closed yet. Additionally, I have never written a Yelp review before, but I believe that this was definitely necessary to put out there. Why should I give my money to a business with employees that clearly have an attitude problem? Do better, A Haley Boutique, and start by changing your hours on every site if you do not want this problem to happen again.

Fabulous boutique. Great customer service. Great quality selection of dresses, tops, and bottoms. Got a recommendation from a friend since I'm from out of state. So glad I went!

Love this store! Stopped by a few weeks ago and found my favorite face masks, the cutest jeans, and some sweaters! Everything was reasonably priced and the quality is great! I cannot wait to go back!

I don't tend to leave reviews because I am always so busy but I absolutely LOVE this boutique!! I needed to share this with everyone! They have great clothes at great prices and get new stuff frequently. The girls were so helpful finding what looked best for my body type. I just can't say enough amazing things!! If you haven't been to the store just go in and you'll see why I love it!

I love this boutique. Last Saturday was my first time there, they have amazing collection and beautiful pieces but what I liked the most was the management and the girls that work there very helpful and sweet.
