I randomly showed up with a tiny screw in my hand unknowing of it's size or thread, looking for more of the same size. Staff was polite and the gentleman who helped me quickly found they had had the same bolt/thread in two different lengths. I couldn't find this tiny size bolt at several other well known locations and am grateful they had it.

Whether people like that or not is dependent on them. He offers great prices though and tries to make sure your order is accurate before moving forward. I would buy from again.
