Horrible scammers!!! Why would any association have this company. Home Owner was having work done on her house and the contractor called for a permit for parking. The representative said “we’ll see what we can do.” They immediately sent a tow truck out to tow the home owners vehicle from the designated visitor’s parking lot. The resident parked her vehicle in the designated visitor parking and workers parked in her driveway; so that the workers‘ vehicle would not be in the street, or towed. They towed the homeowners vehicle from the visitors parking lot instead; even after she registered it. Company also received a call from the workers’ but instead of honoring the “heads up” they saw it as a opportunity to make a cash payment to tow the home owners vehicle. As a Private Investigator & HOA investigator, I would highly recommend to stay clear from this company. They also damaged the Home Owners vehicle that they towed. This company is a liability to any HOA.

Called yesterday and set up the towing for this morning.They are over an hour late, wouldn't pick up my calls nor reply to texts, and it took my wife calling for them to pick up, just to "direct" our call to a burger place.What kind of service is that?!

Even though they towed my truck it was painless getting it back. Some of those places will keep you locked down so they run up the charges
