My 2013 Kia Optima broke down on Eastbound I-4 at Mile Marker 15. Contacted 813 Towing and talked to Frank who was very courteous and helpful. Dylan, driver of the flatbed car hauler, contacted us via phone and kept us appraised of his progress getting to us. It was a typically busy day on I-4 so it took him a while to rescue us. Dylan was friendly, courteous, informative. He took us directly to the local Kia dealership. After dropping the car he wished us safe travels and offered to do more is we needed him. Thank you, Dylan and Frank.

Excellent service, From live person who dispatched truck , Frank who scheduled me and had delivered truck at said time. Dylan Gleason picked up my truck and treated as it was his own. He Towed my truck on time and on price no gimmicks. called multiple time to keep me in loop on how they were running on time. The big flatbed on Lucille (truck name) handled my quad cab long bed truck with oversized tires with no problems. They took venmo, I did not need cash. Very Tech. They emailed a detailed receipt for my Insurance. Thank you Frank and Dylan. Will use you again. Fred Kussel

do not use this towing service voluntarily! truck drivers threaten you and curse at you. they are all animals, will ruin the underside of your car and nothing you can do about it. i've had two different ones and both acted this way! they will steal your money, change price as they feel, leave you waiting for your car for hours. don't believe the price they quote you. gate fee, sunday fee, mileage fee, etc. don't believe the reviews that say otherwise, they are probably fake!!!

This place is 100% run by SCAM ARTISTS. DO NOT use this company EVER! They will rip you off and not give a sh$t about it. Once they have your vehicle, they have you by the "you know what's", and the fee quoted will definitely NOT be the price you have to pay for them to release your car. I know multiple people who also used them, and the EXACT same thing happened. One person who I warned before using them, still went ahead, and they got charged DOUBLE. I didn't tell him "I told you so", as she learned her lesson. Also, I don't know anyone there, just a couple names of those who ripped me off, so this is not any kind of vendetta against anyone personally-this is about the company and their illegal business practices. I had a bad experience with 813 Towing Service. Spoke with Frank who was helpful but the Manager Jose was really rude/unprofessional and was adamant about not letting me get my car even though the apartment complex told him and his higher ups to release my car due to a error on their end. Even though I eventually got my car back after waiting there for about a hour, I just hope this review gets to the right hands because that Joseph G guy needs to be fired....

Predator Towing!! BEWARE!! They will.tow you during the day so don't leave your car for a second alone if you don't have a parking permit!
