I have never had an experience like what I had this morning in a 7-11. I kindly walked in and asked about scanning some lottery tickets and scratch offs to see if they were winners when I was directed to the back of the store for a scanning machine. While my traditional lottery tickets scanned fine, the scratch offs would not scan and came up with a message to see the attendant. I went to the front of the store to ask if they could scan them and was immediately directed again to the scanner in the rear of the store. I explained that it said to come to talk with him just to be told it works and to go back again and that I can figure it out. It wasn’t so much what he said but the disrespect the dismissiveness, the fact he wouldn’t even look at me, and the fact he wouldn’t even come to the counter to have a conversation, and the refusal to scan the lottery tickets. It would be one thing if the store was busy, but I was the only customer. Needless to say I did have some choice words afterwards (which I regret) but I have never been treated that way in a business ever in my 42 years. I will also be filling a complaint with the lottery for the individuals actions.

I have been coming to this location for sometime now. I really like how they always have fresh food everyday and always have their cooler full. Love the smell of fresh cookies that they make every morning.
Will always return to this location for fresh food and drinks. This place is also so clean.

I love the new changes at this location and the new owners. They are always making fresh food and everything is well organized. You don’t often see at other 7-11 locations. Will always go here for my gas and food.

This store is really trashy for where it is.Stopped in to pick up some stuff for Breakfast at the office. The products were expired and rotten. Skip this place and go anywhere else

I love coming to this 7 eleven. It is always clean. The cooler and shelves are always stocked. Different foods to choose from. The staff is super nice and always let's me know what deals they have going on.
