Just left the store there was a white female worker yelling at an Indian male calling him slow and slaming food and telling him to get out of the way and just go to lunch. He was still being polite to her. There was not one person in line when this was happening. She is definitely a bad look for the store. No wonder there is a hiring sign in the window I definitely wouldn't want to work with someone so unprofessional and condecending. I decided not to purchase what I needed and leave. Management should seek to replace this woman.

Its the worst for customer service. Do not go to the store if you are on lunch because they decide to do a cashier change in the middle of lunch and you have to wait a long time. bad service. Do not go if you are on a lunch DO NOT GO !!! Now I see why it has a bunch of 1 ratings

Racist and they will deny you your paycheck if you work here!!! Dont make my same mistake. They hired me for a morning shift, worked me 4 days, and then took me off the schedule and put me on call because they hired too many people for the morning shift. I was told by Bob, the manager, that the other employees were selected to be scheduled because they are indian and the owner is indian. So they never took down any of my information when they hired me other than my drivers license, no social or anything so they just had me riding under the radar with DOL. They paid my first check as a paper check without anything other than my license information, but after taking me off the schedule i was told, "if i were you id look for another job". So i did. And i told them i would come in to pick up my last check. At this point, the manager started ignoring my texts. I came in to get my check which they refused to me because they need my social security number. Well, at this point i told them i dont trust them enough to give out that personal information as im no longer an employee and concerned about things such as identity fraud since they are clearly bitter and shady people. Well, my check was there in person, and they flat out refused to pay it to me. The manager Bob ignored my phone calls. The owner ignored my first phone call but answered on the second and also refused to give me my check. Buckle up f*ck*rs!!!!

This store has no costumer service at all. The Ôld blk lady was rude and charged me for the wrong size for a fountain soda. She was cürsïng up a storm and wanted to argüe so I just left. She was trying to to be snëaky and take my lottery winnings, when I ask her to check my lottery ticket, when I caught her she wanted to charge me extra for a soda. Don’t give this place business.G and thïevës. hetto

Warning. I bought gasoline today at this 7- Eleven for my Truck and some for my lawn mower, it look like the gas is not good or have water, my truck is making a lot of noise and my lawn mower don't want to start it.I clean it out and switch to another gas and start working again. First time I go here and last time.

They obviously use the 7-Eleven name, but in my opinion, not a real 7-Eleven. You can’t get pizzas heated up after 10 and around midnight the bathrooms are closed. Like come on!

JAYLYNNE IS TOP TIER! She is informative, quick on her feet and shows integrity to the fullest extent!I actually came in tonight and there was another worker there and she was literally yelling in the store because she was mad that Jaylynne asked for a little help with the line. She was very rude to customers I guess because she was upset but Jaylynne showed so much patience and professionalism while this other worker was really causing a scene! I just wanted to shout her out because she deserved a raise for the amount of strength I know it took her to stay professional. If you’re management, ask her who it is, she knows. It only got 5 stars because I love this store, but that rude lady needs a coaching or two.

The problem is not the staff ….. (not all ) but when a customer comes in , walks around for 20 mins then desides to get a package of gum , or when they come in and go to the slurpee machine and deside they don’t know what they want and try every single flavor then walk out with none …,, or when they come in after 10pm and ask to use the bathroom ,,,, bathroom are closed at 10 due to all the animals that use it and mess it up during the day ….,, there really certain customers that will get in your face about it being closed and actually made an employee quiet ,,,,,,,, here’s a little i site to those ,,,,,,, this is a private business and they do not need to supply a bathroom to the public ……, FACT ………. The employees that work here put up with a lot and they should be givin metal of honors for dealing with what come threw the door !
