They have a FAKE air compressor which takes your Credit card money, does not leave you any receipt of the transaction and the machine is broken.
The facility manager, will tell you that
1) They have nothing to do with the machine
2) They cannot issue us the receipt of the "transaction"
3) To call the number on the station if we have problems
HOWEVER
As you can very well see from the picture:
1) It is branded 7-eleven
2) There is NO number to call
This is clearly a SCAM, make to steal your money.
Stay away.

I entered 711 like I do everyday when I asked for a receipt ARDEN screams out OH MY GOD!!! just because I asked for a receipt I said what's wrong with that and is that not part of your job... He is TOTALLY RUDE and his customer service sucks he needs to be outside digging ditches ALONE! GET RID OF HIM!!!

cashier was drunk as HELL or high im not sure kept yelling her coworkers name “Melissa or melaney” whichever one her name was.. she was taking SO LONG IT TOOK 15MINUTES kept grabbing me the wrong woods and papers and everything wrong I asked Melissa to help her grab papers for me to go n pay.. “I’m busy with someone” I JUST NEEDED 2 SECONDS SO U CAN HELP UR STRUGGLING COWORKER… I walked out with nothing and no more patience. At 21:15pm today. Never coming back here

Air machine broken and they didn't have a sign up, after I paid and went inside realizing it was broke the guy said they don't bother putting a sign because people would take it down. Brain dead response thanks buddy

Woman at register working 8PM on Saturday nights is COMPLETELY rude. As soon as I walked up to the cash register she asked “what do you want?”. Caught me off guard. I work customer service myself so I get it, working with people can be difficult. I have always had a great experience shopping at 7/11, but this last one really left a bad taste in my mouth.

I enjoyed my Service with the cashier Jana. She informed me of the specials. She also got on the phone with her boss to make sure her shared information was correct. Step by step she followed as instructed. I was pleased with her professional but fun personality. Thank you I loved coming to this store and meeting such a go getter
