I recently visited this location and I noticed just like the North Dale Mabry location the staff does not treat Afrcan Americans with the same respect and customer service that they treat other ethnic groups with. I personally will use my purchasing power and stop shopping at all 7-11 stores. I will share my experience with family and friends and tell them to do the same. I may very well be only 1 that stops spending money in/at 7-11 it a well thought out decision that I am taking with me to my grave. I will also seek news outlets and radio stations to see if I can share my experience and what I have witnessed and experienced.

I went to the 7-Eleven on the morning of November 2. The cashier didn't even look at me, and was texting on her phone the entire time she also rung up my merchandise with the wrong price, and then proceeded to skip over the rewards menu and didn't even ask me to put in my rewards, so I had to tell her to go back. It took five minutes to pump 3 gallons of gas so I ended up just finishing up and leaving

Being 100% honest. Giving it a 1 due to the fact yelp doesn't allow you to give a 0 !! We walked in and there was no greeting whatsoever. Both employees who look like they rolled off of bed and clocked in. They both looked like they need coffee themselves! You could read the attitude in their faces. 9am there was NO COFFEE!! How is that possible? That's one of the main things customers stop in for. Microwave is located and positioned behind the counter on the side. How can customers use this appliance.This establishment needs better employees and a new outline. These establishments are very essential to public.
