I had ordered an ABS pump Assy for my Jeep. When I spoke to the company I was assured the part would arrive on Tuesday and I would have tracking by the end of the day on purchased. Friday before. No tracking. Waited till Tuesday. Called. Was told it couldn’t be shipped because it had to be tested. When I bought it had already been tested and ready to go. I requested to cancel the order. They wanted to charge me 25% restock fee for there error. I got an email to sign off and refund close to half the price. Including shipping refund for something not even shipped. This place is a scam. Would not recommend.

Would give them - 20 if possible. Ordered part in august, told there would be a 20 % restocking fee if returned. Had to return for refund. It took multiple emails and phone calls to get correct shipping label in two to three weeks time. Told them I needed the label before the 30 day warranty expired, said not to worry. Mailed part thru ups the day return label received ,( sept.) emailed repeatedly about status of refund in oct. called almost daily , got excuses, transferred repeatedly, left messages, no response to anything. After repeated emails, calls, told Stella and Rachael were no longer with the company. So far I have dealt with John, Stella, Rachael, Jessie, Bradley and probably more but no one can get anyone to help me with this refund. More than 20 times I have been left on hold more than 20 min. No one comes back to talk to me. I am calling the number they use to take orders and their google number. Now, my calls go directly to hold. Today , I have called twice. (Dec 17). Unless you like problems and excuses , do not order from this company.

I ordered the part after discussing and verifying with Bradley and the part worked and fit exactly as he said it would. Very satisfied!!

called to order an abs module , they ,( oliver and john, both said they had the exact part for my truck . it cost me $406.60 and would be delivered in 3 business days , lies and a crock of crap . i ordered my part on oct. 28th 2023 , and called them on the 2nd and 3rd of november 2023 only to get told a stalling tactic of a story , john said he would find out why my part had not been delivered yet after 5 days , and would call me right back ,,, not ...... i called them back after 2 hours , only to have them hang up on me , i used a different phone number to call them and after they seen it was me they ignored my call , these crooks are a scam , do not buy nothing from them , they say they are a business but are located in tampa florida and this so called business is a private home located at 4918 cresskill drive , tampa florida , i have lost $ 406.60 , they refuse to talk with me after 11 calls to them , so if you want to just give them your money and get lies and not parts for your vehicle then these scum are the ones to call , they are a scam , you have been warned , i wish that i had read the reviews before ordering anything from them . s c a m a l e r t !!!!!!!!!!!!!they may sound professional and they are , professional scammers .... i may sound pissed and i am , what ever you have bought and used your credit card , call your bank and try to dispute it in order to get your money back and change your card for a new one , they have all your information to use it again .they may sound polite , but they use that on the american public , that statement right there should tell you who you are dealing with , again , this is a. s c a m please take heed to the warning i would not like to see another hard working american lose there money to the likes of scum as this . i am open to tell you this over the phone just call 727 412 4848 , yes this is a real number , and i will answer or call back , again you have been warned the the 50 states auto parts is a fraud and a. , s c a m dont use unless you have money to throw away , s c a m. a l e a r t !!

I had a project I was trying to find a transmission for. I love the usual information.* in a timely fashion I quite unexpectedly received a text addressing my concerns. Straight to the point and succinct. Very good prices, very personable in a way that is not fictitious. Took time out, actually took time out of his life, to answer my question give me a complete array of choices.Well, above and beyond any of my experiences in the past, except everybody has a few that were cool. I bought a speedometer for my bmw x5 and they send me one that was no good you can’t see anything on the screen I call them and send it back and it’s been all most two months now and I can’t get my refund I will never do business with the company again and definitely not recommending them to no one waste of time and money ?

Ordered abs module delivered correct part in timely manner dealership had concerns about part not being properly programmed using my vin number however mechanic installed with not problem seems to be working fine thank you

This store is horrible they scam very well this is the second item I purchased from them that I tried returning months while my warranty was active they kept giving me the go around saying I should receive email notification to proceed the process and never sent it.. the warranty expires I was told show proof item has never been used and still in the box proof sent just for me to get a call two days later saying item cannot be returned they’re unprofessional never ever again..$720 down the drain someone has to stop this company this is straight up fraud especially when the customer is actually providing the proof

Bought an abs module for an 07 Charger, gave my info and was told that it would be programmed and that I wouldn't have anything to worry about other than just installing it but then my mechanic later called me that the #'s didn't match and they would have to reprogram it which costed me an arm and a leg. Tried calling customer service and besides them giving me the run around I couldn't find anyone who spoke good English! Super frustrating that I didn't get what I paid for and didn't get the help I needed.

I spoke to Jhon in the first contact and was looking for an abs for Prius C, I asked about ABS FULL ASSEMBLY and he told me he had and the value was X, I bought and when I received this missing part. I tried to return and said I would have to pay 25% of the total amount + shipping, I bought the second part and received today 07/10/2023 and was DAMAGE so I did not get part and returned with FEDEX. I called to talk about the package that was with DAMAGE and they said again that I would have to pay 25% of the value + shipping I had no fault and I have to pay for it, so I talked to Jesse or Jessie and he was completely rude and prejudiced with me because I speak English with an accent, I am Brazilian and I speak Portuguese and Spanish and my English is not perfect. I do not recommend this company, I will not buy more. No one has professionalism, employees who don't know how to talk to the customer. I would like to rate it with minus 5 stars.
