Margaret continues to give feedback to my moves. She does this with tact and concreteness. Staying focused is what the staff has done for me as does focusing what muscle group is the target.

My wife and I went to 20 minutes to Fitness today for a complimentary visit. We were very impressed with the staff, everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable. We signed up for a membership after the presentation and look forward to a healthier future.

I was very impressed with Anna, at 20 Minutes to Fitness. The orientation was great and she addresses all my questions.I have goals that I want to strive for which includes better health, and getting better muscle tone to enjoy more activities. I have found that they will assist me to make this happen.
