Very clean and professional place! Loved Denisa my instructor and will be signing up with her once I decide which package! She made me feel 100% comfortable with lots of positive energy! Excited to get back to working out regularly again!! :)

Margaret continues to give feedback to my moves. She does this with tact and concreteness. Staying focused is what the staff has done for me as does focusing what muscle group is the target.
