Typical xfinity poor CS. Went in there just to return something and the guy (hispanic/indian) said we cant take returns, when i asked why not, hr just shrugged his shoulder and said, "our computer wont allow". Also wouldn't give me another location, just said "look it up on your phone" I wasn't asking for much, just a address and I will take it from there, but that reply was not necessary. Talk about being useless employee.

How is it that when I buy a new modem I have connection issues everyday, prior to changing the modem I never had this issue...my friend also has xfinity and has an xfinity modem only to experience the exact same issue...both of us replaced our modems and both of us live near each other and both of us have the same issue every single day...one has a Motorola modem and the other is an xfinity modem

An employee from this store name Jose, hit and damaged my vehicle and then speed off while backing out of a customer yard. I called Comcast, sent them the video evidence and they don't seem to know who he is. I tracked him down and found him working at this store. Gave them this information and still nothing. This company does not take responsibility for the actions of their employees and I will be filing a law suit.

Rarely do I give a one-star review. However, this store qualified for it.I walked into basically a store full of employees. Five or possibly six behind the counter. Not one person in line. I walked into the store all the way in and up to the counter before I was acknowledged by a Caucasian male on the end furthest from me.When the three employees in front of me realized somebody had to help me, two walked away and left one who reluctantly helped me.I was returning cable boxes. He scanned one handed me, my receipt, and informed me I'd be receiving an email about his customer service, and could I give him a 10?I really almost laughed. Nobody even wanted to wait on me.I suggest that store hire employees who don't have to ask for a 10, they deserve a 10 without asking ?

My review of this dusty store front that i wish could be cleaned and functional. This was a fully welcoming experience with the staff that assisted myself. He was quite knowledgeable and efficient in device pitching. The store was dirty, looked ran down, and unsafe. Best bet going online is better than in the store.Staff is constantly on there phone and ignoring customers that are lighter skin color. In all honestly, there was a creepy older gentleman who follows pretty woman around. He walked in the store nobody talked to him and he stood there for 30 minutes. I felt extremely uncomfortable.pushing for the latest and cheapest brand just for commissions sales. I find it hard to get to know the worth of a company when all you can get is a free device. Xfinity doesn't cares about the staff or their customers. Using only one third party server for all Xfinity questions. Leaving the staff over worked spending less quality time on helping customers efficiently with long wait times.Unfortunately couldn't't find a device for my small business. Go online save your gas and time.

Super bad service. You have to return something and you don't accept the boxes, just because you don't want to call customer service and they tell you that you have to return the box and I don't understand why you do that. I don't recommend it to anyone. Super bad

NEVER, EVER get Comcast or xfinity cable . I’ve been waiting 8 days for a call back from Seth or his supervisor. It’s like talking to the wall. Most irresponsible company for the public. Had to deal with a very rude and abrupt young man. Seems I was disturbing him from his texting or whatever he was doing on his phone. Never greeted me, looked up and back down at his phone. I had to walk to him to get my question answered. Not helpful. Very dry. It’s 5:40 pm on 1/26/2023 and I’m writing this review sitting in the parking lot outside the store.

Wanted to return a TV box, a remote and batteries, an Xfinity tote bag and a couple of coax cables as I didn't need to use them anymore and it would've taken up space at the house. Turns out I could keep the unopened remote and batteries, a tote bag and the coax cables. Exceptional customer service there. It's located in a nice plaza with various other shops and businesses.

I was just at the Tamarac location and waited in line. I was the next customer but one of the Comcast members asked me what I was there for and he said I needed to go to the Plantation location for a refund. I get to the Plantation location and I’m told that what I was told is incorrect and they can’t give me a refund. What in the word is going on with comcast. This is the worst service and experience I have ever had …
