“I had a terrible experience with this company. They scammed me and even stole my credit card information. Be cautious, especially with a representative named Omar

The workers here were amazing. Super quick in and out which is not the norm for places like this. Xfinity makes everything so easy compared to AT&T and others.

Employees at this location needs to understand it's ok to have customers wait instead of trying to work with multiple customers at once. employee there helped me and another customer at the same time which Is fine but just make sure you do the job correctly.
Went in to setup Internet which went fine outside of the employee going back and forth with me and the other customer however the issue was the employee didn't set-up my secured password lock for my Internet in which I had to do when I got home with the customer service phone service. They need to understand it's ok to make the customers wait so they can do their job efficiently

I want to share my disappointing experience with Xfinity Mobile. When I visited the store, I was informed about a promotion: a one-time payment of $53 and $10 per month for a single line. I agreed to this offer, but to my surprise, my monthly bill was consistently over $100.50.
I contacted customer service in May to cancel the contract, but I was told that I had to wait for two months before they could process the cancellation. I paid off the phone in May and was assured my service would be canceled in June. However, I am still being charged for a line I no longer have.
This experience has been frustrating, and I am disappointed with the lack of transparency and continued billing after cancellation. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

A bunch of clowns in the store. Try to transfer ownership of account. They said that they can't do that. But Xfinity on this phone said they can. Ask to speak to the manager, he was scared to come out lol

It is the worst Service you could have, my experience was really a nightmare, you have to be clear and aware of what they charge you because they charge you charges that later surprise you. Mug bad mobile signal. And regarding customer service it is very bad. Don't make the mistake of your life. If I could give it 0 star I would

Xfinity is horrible. Our service was trash from the moment we got it and when we went to return our equipment they sent us from location to location and most of the staff had no idea what they were doing. All of the staff at Xfinity seem completely lost, like they had no training before they took the job. Poor, poor customer service. And me and my girlfriend have to wait two weeks for our money to be returned to us because the staff didn't know what they were doing as far as the returns. Awful. I will never go back or recommend xfinity to anyone.

Walked into the store and was greeted by three men at the door. A bit excessive if you ask me, I asked for a replacement remote control and they said they just ran out. One of them said they were ready to close off their shift and that he was tired. I asked for a number to the Davie location and he said he didn’t have one…my gosh then provide the 1-800 number sir! They were lazy and lacking in basic communication skills.

xfinity mobile stole money from my credit card directly. They add charges that do not exist, I contracted them for 2 phone lines and they robbed me monthly for 4 months, charging me extra charges that they invented, I lost almost $400, be careful. They convinced me to add my phone lines to supposedly save on my home internet account and they blatantly robbed me.xfinity mobile stole money from my credit card directly. I was the first customer at the Xfinity store at Midway Plaza, Tamarac this past Saturday. I was delightfully greeted by the 2 gentlemen behind the counter. If there were 10 stars to base my experience I would rate the gentleman that helped me with 10 stars.. He was very polite & courteous in helping me transition my old phone to a new one.

I'm giving two stars because it was relatively painless to resolve my problem..(Busted remote, swap..).::However::I have to say something because it involves my Mom.I'm middle-aged, and I can be a real pill 'when/if' necessary - but, on New Years Day..?!?!I walked in feeling kinda bad, ready to bring a big bright "Happy New Year" -w/cheer and a smile, because they are at work on a holiday..!(I know the feeling - BIG TIME!)Maybe the three guys that were there (7:00 p.m.) are used to sarcasm, cynicism, or just mean people - but, my very sweet, always courteous Mom really went out of her way to be thankful and say Happy New Year, every chance she got..Every step, every movement, every word had a begrudging tension to it, WHEN/IF they replied - if not totally SILENT..I'm standing there with all my information on hand, account number, profile, address, everything - in hand, pulled up on my phone:I understand the low energy, but it's not my fault or my mom's, that you are working New Year's Day (I've done that countless times, sometimes abroad, w/all my family far away..So, I get it.)..But, you must be trying to be a jerk, if you wait till I am at the door, it's a long store, 25 feet from you - for you to then YELL:"HEY, CAN I GET A NAME?".I was frozen because what I wanted to respond was,"Is it better than my account number which I was trying to show you while you and your buddies were making faces and rolling your eyes..?!?".But, I didn't, I just responded with my name..Then, I asked him for his (which I won't divulge here).Everyone has a bad day..I'm new to this area of Broward. If I'm totally honest, what I'm noticing, more than any other place I been lately....There's a certain demographic which has placed a bit too much focus and emphasis on CNN - if you catch what I'm saying..?(Noticed the same dynamic at the local Home Depot, and the local Publix). So, you are coming at me with the very thing - YOU THINK YOU ARE FIGHTING.MAKING YOU THE PROBLEM..MY LACK OF MELANIN SHOULD NOT HAVE INFLUENCED HOW THAT INTERACTION WENT..PERIOD..Hopefully, in spite of the news, in spite of our current problems, and in spite of the multitude of weak minded individuals who let such poison penetrate their feeble souls..We May just have a Happy New Year if we all call this BS out, when we see it..Have a blessed day y'all!!!&Happy New Year!!!????
