Poor customer service. Went there a Saturday (bc I work during the week) to open a new account and after been waiting for 30 minutes one of the bankers comes and asked me what do I need, after hearing what I need, she and another lady banker told me there were not enough time... they have 25 min to close... Do yourself a favor and don't bank with them. They don't even want to work or to have your business. Just a waste of time. Save yours.
There is a reason why this branch has 3 stars average review...

After being a loyal customer for over 10 years I will cancel all my cards with you n never return ? they froze my card despite it having plenty of money on it I was a little past due but they treat me like a deadbeat! I will never give them another cent of my damn money!

2nd time coming to this branch and sat for over an hr just to find out no notary available. It seems they can never help you with anything here. Just close the location at this point.

This was my preferred bank however if I arrive and see the old African American lady with the bad wig choices I try my best to get to another teller she is obviously going through menopause and doesn't like her job she makes things difficult when they don't have to be she's not polite or welcoming. The other staff is pleasant but she makes the branch look and feel bad. Hopefully retirement is near so she can stay home with her cats.

Awful service, I’ve been coming to this bank to make deposits for 6 years and the past 6 months at this location has been AWFUL! The drive thru banking is closed daily. There is always 1 teller in the afternoon during prime time or the afternoons. The line will literally be at the door and your only option is to wait or come another day. The service here is just awful ! Need more tellers and help.

Criminals. They charged me 26.95 interest for paying off my credit card on time and would not remove the charge. then they charged me a $35 fee. so i transferred $100 to the account and the account shows $40. never forget their contribution to the 2008 crash as well. frauds and criminals. this bank doesnt even try to hide their corruption

Wells Fargo is a fraudulent bank that allows ATM transactions that was NOT made by you. You go to report the issue and let it be known that your card was lost and stolen, then they turn around and say they can't help you. Remember everyone this is the same bank that created fraudulent accounts just so that they can meet their quota. Another issue is that when that fraudulent activity happened, they took all of my direct deposit from my job and refused to give it back. Again this is AFTER MY CARD WAS LOST AND STOLEN DIS WHEN WELLS FARGO STOLE MY DIRECT DEPOSIT FROM WORK AND PACKED ON CHARGES FROM DAYS AGO FOR THE SECOND TIME. THEYRE DOUBLE CHARGING. This put me behind on bills because they're selfish! That's two instances that told me it's time to close this account. Choose a real bank. One that fights for you to get your money back and that actually investigates the claim. They're conspirators to fraud! I'm glad it's a recorded line, I wonder how many others have had issues with this "bank".

This was our first visit to this branch and we couldn't have been happier. We went on a Saturday morning and immediately upon entering the manager on duty (Tanya) came out from behind the counter to greet us. We were there to do a wire transfer so she teamed us up with Leroy who was very personable and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this branch.

So far my experience going to banks are always bad but I’m very impressed for the assistance provide by Christian Moreno, he took care of me and my cousin and Christian went above and beyond. This is definitely the guy you should go to. Thank you Christian.
