I have never had a bad experience, the pharmacy department has always been kind to me to this day. when an employee with a disrespectful attitude could not answer my question saying that I do not speak English. I understand that there are bad days but the client does not have to pay for that, today was unpleasant for me. The pharmacist's name is Shakira and the supervisor's name is Rosie. I hope customer service takes action regarding this situation. 02/22/2024

Worst experience ever snooty clerks giving me a hard time after getting out of the hospital and trying to get my medication they did everything they could to prevent accommodating me I'm tired of having to give out personal information that is none of your business I will never ever spend another penny at your store anywhere in the world

the guy that's work as a "cashier for 10 years there" is incompetent!!!!! extremely rude everytime i come in there!!! they need to replace him asap!!!

I was scheduled to a vaccination today but upon see a technician assist exiting the clinic room with a syringe in his hand no gloves I asked you would administering my vaccine and I was told that same person would be doing it. So, I requested that the pharmacist do it. The female pharmacist informed me that I would have to wait because she very busy. I canceled the appointment. This walgreens gets so many complaints but obviously walgreens doesn't care.

I went to Walgreens Clinic for a typical checkup in October. The PA coded the visit as Workers Comp. As a result, my healthcare insurance company declined payment; and of course, I was sent the bill.I've been dealing with this issue since October. I keep getting bills sent from Uhealth because of a mistake by the attending physician.I've called numerous times to my insurance company, and UHEALTH, trying to resolve a simple issue to no avail. Save yourself the headache... if available, consider other options.

I’m using this Walgreens pharmacy quite often, and everyone here is nice and helpful! But Adriana goes above and beyond in helping customers, both, drive-thru and inside. She is very quick and accurate, and also very knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you Adriana!

This pharmacy took my prescription at 11am, called me at 1pm to tell me there’s an insurance issue. I call back and they tell me they can fix it. I tell them I don’t care, I’ll pay cash I just need these medicines. The lady clicks a few buttons and says sarcastically “I fixed it and saved you $60” I ask if I can pick them up and she says no they just started processing it now. Lost two hours. Now I have to work a whole night shift. I come in the next day at 10am and they tell me it’s going to cost me $60. I hand them my card. They tell me they don’t have either medicine. Then the pharmacist intervenes and tells me one of them is over the counter. He then proceeds to hand me a foot cream version of what I was prescribed as ear drops. People. This is patient abuse. This pharmacy needs a lot of people fired.

My husband and myself have been going to this Walgreens for sometime now, and we are very pleased with customer service and quality of products. Today, October 30th, 2023, I spoke to Noreen who is a "True Blessing!!"?as so many customer service staff I have spoken to have been, and this is a "True Blessing!!" ? Stop withholding drugs from two day old prescriptions by canceling them at the window. Deliver through the app instead of withholding them again. when asked to deliver them by mail do so instead of harassing needy patients. Still no prescription filled Still can’t pick up for a week FILTHY PHARMACY IN FLORIDA!! FILTHIEST!!!!!Dead cats and large spiders don’t cover up the FILTHY behavior of establishmentUPDATE:Despite harassing calls saying I would not get my medication it was delivered today! 4 YARDS FROM MY DOOR UNDER THE NEIGHBORS BUSHES! As I said FILTH! NO CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL !

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Most of the workers just don’t care and will catch an attitude with you if your medication is having issues for some reason like you’re not getting paid to help me. Walgreens the corporation should be ashamed with the way this pharmacy is. There is one worker who is genuine and wants to help but the rest you can just tell they don’t want to be there. I should have listened to my gut and realized that this location has a 2 star review for a reason. It amazes me that their still in business.
