This is the most irresponsible pharmacy ever. They leave all the work for Dr. Scott to do. He is having to pick up the slack for his team members that are unfortunately not doing their job. My aunt will subsequently have to go 5 full days without her meds. All I can say is if you use this pharmacy be sure to get the name of any pharmacy tech of pharmacist who is assisting you. Because you will need these names later to file a complaint. It is so unfair how senior citizens with Medicare are being treated. I am so ashamed of our health system and the lack of care and compassion amongst allied health professionals. I would also expect a place like Walgreens to have better tained staff. It's so unfair to have a "team", but one person is doing most of the work. This one person will eventually be overburdened, and it's just unfair.

After years of being a customer I am very disappointed. They failed to use the incorrect prescription before and the remaining one expired, to which the Pharmacist said doesn't matter, I need to call my doctor for a new prescription. I got 3 emergency pills. I have been trying to reach my doctor, who is also at fault. The insurance company said yes I can have up to week. I am mostly upset as she was rude and would not allow for me to speak by first putting me on hold and when I called back said I was speaking over her, not allowing her to speak and again put me on hold. So nowbmy health is in jeopardy because of their's and my doctor's office screw up.

The worst Pharmacy service ever. When you call most of the time, they put their call's on , "call center service and you stay on the phone on HOLD about 15 to 20 and then they hang up on you, but if you go to the store, to the pharmacy there's no customers at the pharmacy line. The worst customer service ever!!

I went to this location on 1.27.25 at around 11:15am, there is an African American cashier who is petite in height, had long black shoulder length hair, I should have gotten her name. But she is very rude with no customer service skills. I hope the manager sees this and speak to her. It is important that persons working on the front offering service to customers have the right attitude in answering questions etc. She apparently needs additional training for the poor attitude being displayed. The pharmacist on duty was helpful.

Walgreens has become my family’s official pharmacy. We were extremely impressed with their courtesy and attention to my husband’s medical needs! Keep up the great job! CVS employees need to take some extra customer service classes. Sad but true!

I am not one to write a negative review this pharmacy is AWFUL!!!! The lack of communication, the blame game, the rudness is unreal. There text service needs to be severely fixed,the staff needs re-training. The pharmacist Melany,no comment on her. With that I said it all.

The pharmacist lacks customer service skills and has no bedside manner. She shouldn’t be working in healthcare. The cashiers at the front are nice and helpful but the pharmacist in particular doesn’t know how to treat people with dignity and respect. Walgreens, hire pharmacy staff that care about patients. Do not waste your time making appointments they will not honor them. Even if they are slow. The dry head pharmacist will just sit there twiddling her thumbs

I'd like to mention that the cashiers at the front of the store are always friendly and courteous. The pharmacy staff are very rude and appear to be unorganized. This store is convenient for me, but I will no longer use the pharmacy. I don't think it's right to give my business to such rude people.

No help from pharmacy when I needed a rabies vaccine for school. Pharmacist had no clue what I was talking about and literally told me “ you need to go to a vet” like what!

Excellent Service. Wonderful staff. They still do to much snooping in another form but they still come through with everything you need. If you ever have get sick and need a prescription filled, they are the ones you can count on.

Terrible service !!!!! After being understanding for how busy they are and the fact that they deal with a lot of elderly people, this store has the worst techs. They have absolutely no phone etiquette. They are rude, they give out wrong information, they just don’t care about the person in the other side of the phone. They also put callers on hold without asking and for wait times exceeding 45 minutes or longer. But when it comes to refilling meds automatically so that they secure that sale for the day then they are fast to charge your credit card. My question is: if you can’t handle so many customers then why take new patients? Stop taking new ones and let us know so that we can go to other pharmacies such us Publix, Walmart, CVS (probably the same service), etc

They treated me very badly!! They did not want to sell me cigarettes because I do not have an American ID, in other Walgreens in the city I have bought without any problem with my passport and the ID of my country, they made me feel embarrassed in front of the people who were in line to pay, I was mistreated and humiliated, I could not defend myself because I did not know the language and I had to leave without my purchase, I will never return
