The staff is rude, they have one tech that laughs inappropriately. I switched my insurance to a different co, and when she saw what my co pay was ($500) she started laughing. How is it funny that someone's medication is costly? If Walgreens is out of stock on a medication, you have to keep calling to see if it's back in stock, they won't automatically fill the prescription when the medication comes in. They are horrible at this particular location....

As an ER nurse you learn not to judge others. I don’t think the Pharmacist Sherette got that memo when she picked her career. I made sure twice in 24 hours prior to coming to get my script if everything was set. I even spoke to Sherette herself if I was all set. I got to the pharmacy and was asked to come inside and wait 15 minutes till it was filled. I did as I was asked and when I went to pay for my prescription I was told by Sherette she wasn’t going to fill the script due to the prior fill. Mind you I surrendered my script to my provider and again asked twice prior to pick up if I needed to do anything on my part. I asked if she wanted me to call my provider and she could speak to her…because clearly she had “100 scripts to fill” (they always say that same line) she agreed and I waited 10 more minutes on hold and got my provider. I let Sherette know and she then told me she won’t talk to her on my phone and only will talk to the provider when SHE calls Walgreens. Another 10 minutes goes by and my provider sat on the phone with Sherette as she kept trying to tell MY PROVIDER that I shouldn’t get this script. That is WILDLY INAPPROPRIATE for a pharmacist with no knowledge of my medical background and history to try and treat me herself. In the end I got my script. Next time unless the script is truly a threat to the patients life TRY NOT TO JUDGE THEM. Also the older pharm tech with blonde hair who works the drive thru is very rude for absolutely no reason. Get out of this field if you’re going to be miserable.

Terrible terrible went in at 11 pm to get my daughter some medicine there was not a dang person that can help they had 1 guy in the front and he didn’t know anything horrible customer service absolutely terrible , thanks Walgreens

Very rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant manager. Not with just me, everyone she encountered. This location is very disappointing. Poor customer service. .

Very poor customer service. Long wait time and they are really short staff. I had such a horrible experience with the pharmacy technician. She was very dismissive and was not eager to help.

I had a terrible experience here. I went to drop off my bfs prescriptions after he had surgery and he was in lots of pain. The pharmacy staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate the moment I got there. There was no one in line and they just ignored me for 15 mins while I just stood there. Finally when the rep asked if I "needed something" she grabbed my prescriptions and with a nasty attitude walked away and showed the main pharmacist. The main pharmacist took a look at me and demonstrated a lack of approval? Next the rep told me they were not going to accept my prescriptions because we were not from the area? We are from Miami and my bf was going to stay with his mother since he just had surgery... I tried to explain and she just dismissed me. Just very unprofessional the entire staff seemed to be extremely dismissive. I went to another pharmacy just 5 mins away and they took the prescriptions so it was an extreme waste of time.

Visited walgreens for a booster for my son. The Walgreens website and CDC says ages 12 and older can get a booster. Had an appointed and waited for over 1 hr for the Pharmacist Sherette who was very impersonal to check walgreen policy to see if he can get the vaccine. She kept sending message to me with the tech instead of speaking to me herself. Then when I went to speak with her she had an attitude. I cannot understand how these people are in customer service. Duarte did the shot was very professional and informative.

Not enough staff, the lines are always long. Whatever happened to I see three? This location is fairly busy. Every time I stop in there is always a long line. Once upon a time they used to open the cosmetic register, photo dept register, or other nearby register when there were more than 3 people in line. I guess that is no longer a thing. It always seems to be busy. It appears they are lacking sufficient staffing. The pharmacy is also always busy. They take forever to answer the phone or they keep you on hold for long periods of time. The wait times for picking up prescriptions can exceed 20 minutes or more. Hopefully soon they will have a kiosk system that dispenses the medication to enhance the customer experience and alleviate the staffing issues.

The drive thru pharmacy is extremely slow. Every time I come here to pick up medicine there are at least 5 cars in line and it seems like each car takes more than 10 minutes !!!! Terrible! So stressful to come here.
