Mean pharmacist. Won't listen to explanation and caused much grief for his selfishness and misunderstanding since he wouldn't listen. Shouldn't be in the business.

Let's just say the employees overall were nice and noticed registers getting backed up which was nice.Challenge is these stores are not franchise stores. The price online for contact solution was 9.99 and also had a 3.00 in store digital coupon. We loaded coupon in advance before arriving. First ... product rings up 14.99 that's a 50% increase ! The coupon won't work and they blame system. They cannot price match nor manually add coupon. Seems strange that even management can help ...Luckily this is not our local store and will never likely return. Just seems sad that a major drugstore on most every corner cannot standardize prices and offers. Bloated corporations I suppose.

This pharmacy never answers the phone - they told us that an important medicine for my 96 year old mom was not covered by her insurance! They quoted the cost for the medicine at over $400 a week and $1000.00 for a month. When I looked at the insurance web site it was covered and the copay was $10 a month!!! The staff is underpaid and they are overworked which is sad- but it's even sadder if you are a customer- they don't care!!If you have any type of serious illness or just don't have the time to deal with incompetent uncaring staff go instead to Merit Pharmacy2464 FL-7, Lauderdale Lakes, FL. The independents pharmacy's go the extra mile - this one is 3 blocks from the hell of Walgreens !

It's ridiculous the amount of time you spent on this drive through, and it's not just this location, every Walgreens that I have been to lately, Hialeah, Oakland Park and now this one the wait is eternal It's time to say goodbye after so many years and take my business somewhere else

I needed two items that my doctor had recommended and according to Walgreens' website, this store had them both. I couldn't find them so I went to the employees for assistance. The first one wasn't much help and the manager was completely useless. But one employee (her name badge I think said, "Shela") was awesome. While the other two simply stated that they didn't have it, Shela took me straight to the item. The other item they did not have so their website was wrong. But Shela was awesome.

PLEASE open a second drive through window it's absolutely ridiculous that you haven't yet. You have all Covid testing and prescription pick ups going to the same window....how can you positively help your customers like this. I had a Covid testing appointment and waited in my car for one hour without any cars in front of me moving. There were 5 cars in front of me and in one hour only ONE car moved. I called the pharmacy to see if everything was ok and I'd there was an issue with the drive through. I was told sorry there is always a long line and everything is fine. I ended up getting out of line and going home because it is not worth my time when I made an appointment for a reason for a specific time.

The pharmacists act as if they’re better and refuse to give a straight answer. At any pharmacy you should be able to tell me if I’ve been at your chain for five years whether or not one of my narcotics are in. DO NOT COME HERE

They are the most professional and kind here especially Mr. Lee he has got to be one of the kindest people I have ever encountered in customer service! Goes above and beyond not only for the customers but also for his employees!
