The lines here are always long with barely anybody working and the kiosk never functioning. Should be no reason why i waited almost an hour in line to ship one tiny thing. And the worker’s attitude doesn’t make it any better. ????

I cant say this place is horrible because many employees are awesome at this location. However a lady that was working today seems to hate her job or people. I had a huge argument with a customer that was behind me on libe because he sticked his nose and big mouth about something that was t about his concern. My complaint wasnt about who was next on line but it was about her attitude. The only reason I was online was because I needed stamps and the machine was out of service.If you dont like working with people you should find a new job. If you dont like to help people you shouldn’t work there.When you cant answer a simple question and send a customer to wait on a 25 persons line thats horrible customer service ( that wasnt my case) but I was watching this lady act in a horrible way. And when my turn came it wasnt any different.To the manager of this location a slim girl with long hair is always nice and willing to help she has in many occasions and I appreciate her. For her and others I give 5 stars.Just and observation watch the cameras and monitor how your employees are treating customers we are the reason you and many people have a job we also deserve good service and respect as any others person in this planet. ??♀️Thank you

The duality of man in its purest form. You have Virginia, who is kind, charismatic, helpful, and a goddess of time management and Information gathering.AND THEN YOU HAVE EBONY. EBONY, the very same rude, slow, time insensitive, worst relocated from Oakland park associate you can possibly imagine.An old woman was going to be late for an appointment so me and another gentleman let her go in front due to Ebony disappearing. Virginia on the other hand provided ALL 3 of us with exceptional fast service before departing.I didn't have much cash but I tipped Virginia for her services and congratulated Ebony on her relocation XD I was promptly told to "Shut up". Lol

The post office in Tamarac is filthy, dilapidated and woefully understaffed. The parking lot and interior look like a negelected dump. The minimum wait is 15 minutes. Counter staff is lackadaisical and disinterested.I've gone to other, cleaner, and better staffed facilities when I need something other than when I need to retrieve a package.Very poor presentation for any business!!!

Very friendly staff, they speak Spanish. José helped me. 5 points there was a queue but 4 boxes worked and resolved.

This company is not reliable because some packages arrive and others do not arrive, although they have your address, every day they give you envelopes with information and advertising, suddenly a package disappears because they cannot find your address, but the interesting thing is that while they are giving you follow-up they give you information and then they say that they leave it in the mailbox of the residence and when you open an investigation the store tells you that the package was lost and that has happened to me three times and I go there to complain and there is no way.

The men here are good and respectable (the reason it’s not one star) but there’s a lady, she gives attitude and she is not helpful. She has horrible customer service and is a disgrace to the great customer service Jose and Rob has.

They have 30 people in line and only one clerk. The other clerk at the counter is just packing up to go home when they have some many people in line. If this was a private company these people would be fired

I know writing this review will produce nothing positive and will prove futile in outcome as the USPS seem to not take customer service seriously. The ongoing issues I've been having for many years seem to have worsened with no sign of accountability taken on USPS end.-Lost mail-Packages being lost-Mail being delivered to incorrect address-Packages being delivered to the wrong address. I have been fortunate at times to have a neighbor deliver my misdelivered mail to me, but this is not always the case.-Mail delivery personnel always on their personal cell phones while delivering mail seem to be the top reason there is a lack of focus and care in the proper delivery of mail.Since when does one need to be constantly entertained by a phone to perform their jobs?What a feeling of helplessness on the customer's part as it seem these situations will only get worst.

Update 2 Year's later: Jose is still the only competent & pleasureble human being at this place.Update: Jose at the front was the ONLY competent person there that offered a solution. He called me after they closed telling me he found the package and i could come pick it up right then and there.I AM APPALLED BY THE INCOMPETENCE!!! Was supposed to get package tracking said would be a day late.Day later i get emails saying "delivery attempted no access to front door". Mind you, I DO NOT LIVE IN A GATED COMMUNITY NOR DO I HAVE A DOG. TOTAL OPEN ACCESS TO MY FRONT DOOR. I call next day am ASSURED my normal mail lady will have it and it will be delivered. NOPE. I go to this garbage dump post office I'm told WHEN THE NEW PEOPLE DONT GET AROUND TO DELIVER EVERY PACKAGE IN TIME. THEY JUST SCAN WHATEVER they want even if its not true!Well that explains the "no access to front door" status. Soo that means the USPS IS LYING TO ME ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY MAIL!?!? So then The package was NOT EVEN PUT ON THE TRUCK FOR DELIVERY. And they couldn't find it!

Why the mail cart has to park in my parking spot I ask the lady to move it and she curse me out her car number is 8214197. She can park on the side instead to be nasty, she was in Sands Point Condominium!!

My recent visit to USPS was nothing short of a nightmare. The ordeal began with an excruciating 45-minute wait in line, testing the limits of patience. The atmosphere was tense, exacerbated by the unfriendly demeanor of the employees. When I mustered the courage to seek assistance, the response was not only unhelpful but shockingly rude—I was met with a verbal tirade that left me embarrassed in front of a captive audience of onlookers.The lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed by the USPS staff was utterly disheartening. It's disconcerting that a basic request for help could escalate into a public humiliation. Words fail to capture the depths of disappointment in the service provided. This experience raises serious questions about the quality of customer service at USPS and highlights the need for immediate attention to improve the overall customer experience.
