This location is not an official uhaul. (Which was a sign) I had placed my reservation with this location with add ons: dolly, hand truck, ect. The following day when picking up the truck I asked if all the ad ons I ordered were in the truck… they were not. The person responsible to make sure all item were available asked the front desk girl if there was a hand truck there lol. Why offer ad ons if they aren’t available? Not cool trying to shift responsibility.Also, the lock used on the back door of the truck was broken. Super inconvenient.I will say the lady at the front desk was very polite and in no way this was her fault.
