I am a resident of one of the HOAs. This company violated my rights by installing whatever thing is on my wheel for no reason. I could not park in my spot because of the neighbors car. They are ok and I am not only getting a fine but I am late for work and my daughter for school because they have other vehicles to tow. What a nice job!

All the negative reviews are accurate. My sister’s complex started using this new company for towing …i was in a qualified parking spot and was booted …never had an issue parking here

I will be doing a complaint with the BBB and consumer protection agency.
After you place the boot someone should be on the clock to remove it:
I waited for 2 hours to have it removed.

TowMaxx is an unethical company. My 78 yr old mother was in the hospital to be evaluated for possible stroke. She is not doing well, and I was called down to take care of her. In the midst of this, all my mother could think about was calling them Towmaxx to make sure my car didn't get towed and I could return home the next day with the FAMILY SUV to my children. My mother explained she was ill and needing care but didn't know her login to register her dauhhters car as a guest. The Towmaxx representative assures us it wasn't a problem. That he wrote our information down and the plate number would tell his driver. HE TOLD HIS DRIVER ALRIGHT. ANYTHING TO MAKE MONEY! THEY CAME AND TOWED IT WHILE WE WERE ALSEEP!
DISGUSTING!
If that's how you have to make income, then I wouldn't want your services if I truly needed a tow. How can you be trusted?

Numerous vehicles were towed tonight by Towmaxx before 12am.
The tow company proceeds to tell me that I have to pay $198 plus $27+ every six hours. In a time when everyone is struggling to make ends meet it is absolutely disgusting for these companies to be making profit over us when I already have to pay to park where I live.

Brandon is awesome! I hate towing companies but he and another associate explained everything in detail how to avoid being towed in the future and I appreciate their professionalism. I feel safe with my car at this location, but hopefully i wont need them again lol

Car gets booted , I call them in less than an hour to get it removed . They tell me 1 hour for them to be there , 1 hour passes call for an update , now there saying it’s going to be longer minimum another hour but it could be longer . It’s 1 am in the morning . Just want to go home . Also The dispatch women on the phone is extremely rude and disrespectful . Not even mad about being booted but let me pay and take it off . Don’t leave me stranded for 2+ hours at 1 am in the morning

This place is a joke. The guy who was there when I got my car back named Chris used my personal phone number and contacted me. UNPROFESSIONAL AND EMBARRASSING. I mean I don't expect much from a sleazy tow yard but the owners should really look into why the man said "he would make up to me" the fee I paid to get my effing car back. Laughable.
