I’ve been coming here for about a year and will never go anywhere else. Everyone is so nice there. I usually get my nails done by Tammy. She always knows what I like and offers amazing suggestions. I’ve never had a bad experience here. My nails can be a mess when I walk in. When I walk out…they SPARKLE!!!!
Cleanliness: The salon is ALWAYS clean. I’ve watched them clean after every customer. I can tell it is very important to them. I wouldn’t go anywhere that wasn’t super clean.

I've been going to TLC for almost three months now and I can honestly I found my nail salon, my mother and grandmother have been going to TLC for a while now and kept raving about them but I was a little skeptical at first due to some of these reviews on Google but half of these reviews aren't completely true. I've had multiple nail techs in the salon and each of them has been nothing but respectful and caring, they ask multiple times if you like your nails during the process and when checking out. They take their time on the service and also getting to know you... Most salons now only care about making money but the techs here care more about the client in their chair and the service they are providing. So please don't let these reviews turn you away from a really good staff

I feel bad for the workers at this location because my nail tech is amazing. However the management is horrible at this nail salon. I was a long time, consistent customer and the manager Tammy doesn’t treat customers as they are valued. Many of my bad experiences, especially today, was due to Tammy. She has no compassion toward her customers and is very inconsiderate and dishonest to them.
One instance she made me wait for three hours, with an appointment because someone scheduled me with a pedicure for her. She REFUSED to do a pedicure even though she was very short staffed that day and I was on her schedule. She only had one nail tech, and had me wait three hours.
They also don’t have a lot of the products they are offering. Nail gel colors as well as pedicure flavors. When informed they refused to order new items. They do not have proper samples of color matching. When you do next gen, be careful the samples don’t match the colors and you will always be disappointed.
Today, her machines for credit card payment was down. She did not inform customers prior to paying or have signs out at all. I only found out once I was ready to leave. She made me wait for 20 minutes for her to even try to figure out a solution. She stated it was down all week due to the weather, but waited until I needed to pay to wait to call to the system to get it fixed. Then she stated I had to wait for fifteen minutes for her husband to come and another hour for them to get it fixed. She walked away and refused to let me try to find another solution to pay another day when they fixed their system, especially when I told her I was coming back tomorrow. She doesn’t care about her customers, she only cares about money. She doesn’t care about her customers time and only cares to make them wait endless amounts of time for her. She doesn’t express proper communication or courtesy to inform customers of anything. Definitely don’t go to this salon, you will have a horrible experience dealing with the manager Tammy. I hope other nail salons treat their customers with better respect than she does. This place definitely needs a new manager who knows how to communicate and work with customers. Tammy stated she didn’t care about losing a long term consistent customer.

OWNER POSTS FAKE REVIEWS UNDER OTHER PEOPLES NAMES TO DRIVE BUSINESS AND LIES ABOUT IT!!!! I don’t appreciate my photos being used without my permission especially when he is literally making up false lies!!!! Went on here to post a review and see the owner took it upon himself to write a review USING MY PICTURES of my nails and wrote a whole long fake review under a fake name…makes me wonder if any of the good reviews are actually real. I have mixed reviews about my services here. I am sometimes overcharged and waiting forever. Now seeing this fake review using my photos and literally pretending to be someone else..,. That’s sad and dishonest.
JoAnn is fabulous though, always makes me feel listened to and is suggesting stuff to me that i always love. I will miss her service as i will not be returning to a place of business that blatantly lies to their customers and takes away tips from the other girls.

Needles to say I won't be back.. not only are they more expensive, the work is terrible. The guy messed up my nail shape and didn't properly separate the acrylic from my cuticles and it chipped off the next day... horrible

I hate tlc nail salon its not clean both owner who is a guy and female tech file so rough. This nail tech in particular did my dip and I always say thank you and love my nails after its done, when she was done I was quiet and didnt say anything to her the finish was so ugly and terrible. And She injured me while filing my nails to accomplish this trash ???This place needs to close or hire EXPERIENCED TALENTED AND GENTLE TECHS. PEEP THE NASTY CUT and place unsanitary because nailtech Sandy, touched my cut she caused with her bare finger that was touching dip powder and applied this strange ointment she called antiseptic from beauty supply WITH HER UNWASHED HANDDDSS??you dont touch peoples cuts with your hands.INFECTION CONTROL!!! Anyways peep the nasty cut that was made in order to create this ugly dip look…this is a waste of pain and money.

I love this place, everyone is so nice and attentive. John is the best always does a great job on my nails. I bring in a picture of a design and he makes it his own. I always leave happy.

I would like to add No Stars, if that was an option. Walked in and no one look at me or even acknowledged me. Stood there for all of 5 mins and nothing. So I walked out. I refuse to spend my money for bad customer service.

Always great service. Everyone is thoughtful/friendly. Have never had a bad experience. Tammy the owner is awesome and so funny! I am usually attended by my girl Cindy and she is the sweetest.
