I really liked this place but when I first moved in the walls paint is so cheap they did a half job on everything you can see water marks or fixed wholes from previous owners and oh when it comes to parking if your vehicle is registered under or is not in your name Asia will give you complete hell even after you provided her proof over and over again and caught her in her lies over and over again now she’s screening phone calls doesn’t answer just very childish and rude when in fact it’s no where in the lease where it states your vehicle has to be under the person who signed the lease a lot of ppl have parents or people they know to co-sign or even give them a vehicle and to be treated as just trash when it’s not even in the lease no where she ignores that fact no she won’t even respond I have had a horrible experience from Asia and the other lady in the office there to childish rude and immature I had a few roach problems where I had to buy stuff for it’s just a mess here then you can’t play your tv how you want to play it one neighbor went to the rent office and complained about my surround sound and they told me not to play to keep her happy the neighbor to be exact they complain about my surround sound in the comfort of my home being played and I pay damn near 2600 for this piece of trash place the walls are too thin I went without ac the first 6 months I’ve been here I had to buy like 5 fans the roof leaks they just covered it up and it leaked through again it’s no ceiling fans at all all the closet doors broke off the very first day of moving in you can hear everybody conversation in there home and hallway because the walls and doors are thin they want to control what we do in our mines as well but the rent office threw a party at the pool with djs but complain about a surround sound people at the pools on the weekend barbq and playing loud music but my surround sound is a problem just save your money trust me this is not a place where you want to stay you can’t even be comfortable in your own home

Franklin is one of the maintenance men at the Osprey Apartments, he did a great job finding were the leak was come from in my closet.

I have been here a month so far and have had a wonderful experience.
Asia and Destine at the front desk have been wonderful to work. From signing the lease agreement to anything in between they have been very helpful.
Dan and Franklin are great! They do a wonderful job keeping everything working and looking great.
I was nervous about the whole rental process, but I could not be happier with everything at the Osprey and have been very lucky to work with these wonderful individuals.

The women in the office is amazing and I’m grateful to have a place to stay but the hallways use to get cleaned and they no longer do that and I work Monday through Friday from 5am to 4pm so it’s really unprofessional to have workers come and make extreme loud noises on Saturday and Sunday from 9 in morning.

(Franklin) is another good asset to “The OSPREY” team his hard works and commitment to excellence has been evident many times.

Franklin did a wonderful job, he just repaired my washer and also replaced my ceiling tile and a/c filter. The maintenance team is always there on time .
