Tellers inside are extremely rude and will make you wait as if they are annoyed you are there. The manager is unhelpful at best she appears to be their friend not their supervisor. Unfortunately 0 stars was unavailable.

I have been banking with BB&T, now Truist, for years. The operations at this branch are perhaps the worst I've ever seen. Roxanne, the branch manager/leader, was inattentive, impolite, unapologetic, and unwilling to help.

A couple of bad experiences first they lost my night deposit for a few days. I went to cash a check for a purchase I was making the money wasn't there. After calling them they stated they Miss placed my deposit. Which in turn cost me the purchase I was making. Another day went to make a deposit there was one car in front of me. The car in front of me sat at least 15 minutes before a teller helped him. When I pulled up they took My deposit put it on the counter and walked away for about 10 to 15 minutes before picking it up and completing My transaction. When you call the branch no body picks up. Poor customer service and when you call the 800 # they don't seem to care spoke to Irish and she just brushed it off.

Another horrible experienceEver since the merge the worst bank and staff ever. Especially tarmika.After I mentioned that I wrote a review with her name, She asked me to leave the branch because of name calling.

The worst experience with this bank. A very rude, very unprofessional man treated me badly in his office (banker), he did everything possible to make me leave, he did not solve my needs. I will never open an account in this bank with such bad attention! 01/06/23, 3:15pm.

WORST branch in south FL, thus far.20 minute wait in the drive-thru with only 3 customers ahead of me.save yourself time & drive to another branch and DO NOT VISIT this location.

Not a good bank, went there for some verification ,talk to a teller this person was not nice , then a banker but not help (after wait 45 mins) then I got a call that I have to go back next day witch I did but one banker and 9 people waiting. Insane

Why don't they ever answer at this branch? I need to make an appointment with the Manager and they never pick up the phone.Again, 2 hours later. Around 2:15. No answer. Then after a long time a recording saying to call during normal business hours. THIS IS NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS! I still cannot make an appointment with the Bank Manager.After finally speaking with a banker, he says there is no Manager available and has no idea when the Manager will be at that or a nearby branch. Don't they have schedules to give customers an idea of when to make an appointment?On top of that, the answer was NO to any questions I had. Disgraceful. I think we will move our business to another local bank that values their customers.

WORST BANK EVER...id give it ZERO STARS if i could!!!!Lobby not open even though Google says they are....ONE employee working at drive thru....terrible I'm waiting over 45 min and drive thru and haven't moved!!! HORRIBLE BANK!!!

Horrible bank to do to business withMark Adams the Vice President of this branch needs to get fired. Horrible delegation skills. Waited 30 minutes to speak to him regarding a closed account that nobody knows nothing about it and he treated me unfairly and was on his cell phone the whole time.Another individual who needs to get fired is Jose Bosquez, he’s very rude and bias. He needs training for his position. He entered wrong Information from the start of the account. Not surprised with considering the skills of upper management. If your looking for a bank to bring your business to go to TD Their America’s most convenient bank. Try a credit union. Don’t come here. “Nobody knows anything” ??♂️
