I asked the counter man if he could match home Depot's price on a water heater because they were charging 30% more for the exact same heater. They said "No". I asked if they could come down at all...and the nice counter man told me "go to home Depot". Wow just wow! After being a customer for 22 years and probably giving them hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of business I will never go back and let everyone I know that Ferguson plumbing supply is crap.

Unprofessional and extremely rude driver from this store, one of the guys went to a job site and had a terrible attitude, very disrespectful and this was the store and phone number in the big truck.

I needed some repair pieces to my Kohler toilet and had been to Home Depot with no luck because it was not a brand they carried so I went to Ferguson in Sunrise/Tamarac to see if they carried the replacement parts. I had taken some pictures of the back of my toilet because I knew I couldn't determine what the part numbers were. I had Wintavius special order one part and he was very nice. He looked at the photos and then looked up the part on his computer. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Quick and easy. I then figured out that I needed one more part so I returned to have Ricardo help me in pretty much the same way except this part didn't need to be ordered. He looked it up and then went to the area of the warehouse and pulled the item for me. Once again, the whole process took less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Ferguson for your unique plumbing needs. Thanks again.
