I’m in line at Ross in Lewisville, Tx. and they have only one cashier at 6:15 pm. That is ridicules. We asked if they had another cashier and they said no. There is about 25 people in line. It’s VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Ross Services, Joel was referred to my husband and I by a business associate.
Joel was very helpful , advising us about the project , Joel and staff were very professional,
punctual , hard workers even during the hurricane , rainy season. They worked diligently on our stamped concrete driveway project and they produced a magnificent product.
We have neighbors that express compliments about our driveway. Thanks

My experience with them was filled with delays, unexpected charges, poor communication, and a lack of attention to detail, despite their efforts to correct mistakes.
1. Unexpected Charges: After waiting for three months for permits and pavers, I was suddenly hit with a surprise $500 charge for a swale that was inferred to be included in the initial contract. This was never communicated upfront, and I felt blindsided by this last-minute addition.
2. Installation Issues: When the crew finally arrived for installation, they informed me that the pavers would be laid over the existing pavement, even though the salesman had stated the old pavement would be removed. We specifically selected this tile because we were assured that the carport would be taken out. Had we ever agreed to lay the pavers over the existing pavement, we would have chosen a tile that had a half size for such a purpose. This caused significant delays, and only after much back-and-forth did they eventually agree to remove the old pavement, as originally promised.
3. Paver Shortage Confusion: During the installation, I was told by the foreman that there weren't enough pavers ordered to complete the job. However, the salesman had communicated a different story, claiming that three pallets were shorted. When I contacted the manufacturer directly, they confirmed that the full amount was delivered. This kind of internal miscommunication and finger-pointing is simply unprofessional.
4. Color Mismatch: Due to the delays in getting additional pavers, it took another 4-6 weeks to complete the project. When the new pavers arrived, they didn’t match the original ones, leaving a noticeable color contrast between different sections of the driveway. While the company did their best to blend the colors, the contrast remains and the finish is far from seamless.
In summary, working with Ross Services has been an exhausting, time-consuming, and stressful ordeal. From unexpected charges and poor communication to delays and inconsistent results, despite their efforts to correct the mistakes.

Alex was great from day one. The communication was regular through the entire remodel process and was very fair with pricing. After they finished, there was a spot on the bottom of the pool we weren’t happy with so they drained it, re did it, and got it back up and running no issues. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed.

I highly recommend Ross Services to anyone looking for a honest and reliable company. Garret Nemser was who I worked with throughout the process of getting my pool resurfaced and replacing the pool light. Garret explained the whole process to me, he sent me the estimate proposal which was itemized and very simple to read. The job took two day which is what he said it would take, he kept in communication with me and responded to all my questions.
The workers were very pleasant and left the area clean and organized after each day. After the job was done Jairo serviced my pool for four weeks and did a great job.
My experience was very smooth thanks to Garret and his crew. The pool looks great and now I am ready to enjoy it.

I was given the number from my neighbor who used them for her pool so I gave them a call. Service was great and pool was done in a timely manner. The price was pretty reasonable compared to what's out there. I would definitely recommend them for any pool renovations.

Ross Services and particularly Greg are complete rockstars! They replaced the pavers on my patio and driveway as well as refinished my pool. The entire process was seamless from getting the quote, to scheduling the materials to coordinating the work. There wasn’t a single time when Greg wasn’t giving us updates and keeping everything on track.
The workers left the area clean and organized after each day and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Greg went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied with every detail and no request made was too small or insignificant to him.
We would highly recommend Ross Services to anyone looking for a reliable and honest company that will go the extra mile to make your dream patio come to life. We will definitely be calling Greg for future projects at our house.

Short version: amazing craftsmanship, fast, surpass your expectations.
Long version: greg and his crew was amazing, within 5 days, they pulled up 2 layers on chat. And concrete slab, added plumbing for the new sunshelf, laid the new patio, new diamond bright, replumbed the pool pump changed and installed new light. Greg was here 2 to 3 times a day to oversee everything, answered any questions or curiosities I had, was always able to get in touch with him, place was always cleaned up at the end of everyday. He goes above to make sure you are happy and his reputation is in good standing. My parents also used him as well as 3 of their neighbors, everyone has been happy.

Miguel from Ross Services was who I worked with throughout the process of getting my pool resurfaced. I looked into 4 other companies and went with Ross. The reason I did not go with the other companies was they would not call me back, they were outrageously priced and contracts were difficult to read.
Miguel communicated with me sent me a proposal that was itemized and simple to read and was honest. Miguel communicated and followed up with me throughout, which I might add now a days it’s so difficult to get good customer service. Miguel had his workers out there when he said they would be there, told me it would take 2 days and it did. They did a great job the pool looks wonderful!! his workers are now in the maintenance process twice a week for one month..Thanks to Miguel and his crew we will be enjoying our pool soon!!

I just had my pool resurfaced, and a new deck, and couldn't be more pleased! Only took 6 days! Workers were here early, and left late. Very rare nowadays! Owner was very professional and here every day to check on things. Highly recommend.

Excellent work! I was all the time in contact with Justin. He shared with me every single step of the process. The three guys that had the work done were always on time and were very profesional.
I extended my backyard with travertine pavers and it looks beautiful. Very pleased throughout the whole process. I highly recommend to contact them, Justin and the company if you are looking for estimates.

Ross did a great job on the travertine with my pool but they subcontracted a company that did a terrible job on my diamondbrite. Within a year it started calcifying and creating cracks.
I reached out to them and they tried to fix the problem. I then had to pay for the water to be replaced and the pool to be completely shocked again. All the cracks are back and then some. Ross acid washed the pool and destroyed my brand new light as well that is now causing rust to my pool.
I gave this company 25k of my hard earned money to have a pool that looks mediocre. Use another company if you can.

EXCELLENT !!! I had my pool deck and pool remodeled by Ross and I couldn't be happier with the results. Greg the owner was there every day making sure it was all going good. He always asked if I had any questions or concerns.
